Stayed Aug 7, 2025Great property with wonderful access to the Guadalupe River. Perfect place for large groups. The house does need some maintenance but would stay here again.

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This place was great, right on the river and the back is covered with old pecan trees. Inside the house was clean, we spent most nights on the deck and watched the River Rd crowd come and go.

Just walk outside your backyard straight to the river. Outside deck is nice with plenty of space. Pictures of the house is exactly how it is. Plenty of room to spread out. Rooms do get pretty bright once the sun comes out. Overall nice stay.
