I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I definitely would recommend this house to anybody. It is more than expected from pictures beautifully decorated, spotless . Great working AC. Kayaks in the shed to use. The pool and spa were great floated around a lot in the pool and it’s right on the canal with the boat lift. We brought our boat and went out fishing almost daily. We will definitely be coming back next year . I will be booking it soon. Oh iand the backyard at night with the lights everywhere was breath taking . Me and my husband had fresh smoked salmon, lobster from the nearby fresh fish market homemade fresh fudge from the fudge factory and homemade fresh ice cream from the ice cream store all near by ❤️

Stayed May 23, 2025This property is perfect for boaters or just chillin by the pool. Host has provided a wonderful place to relax with the family! This location is convenient to shopping and beaches and is easy to get to Longboat Key area by boat.

Stayed Mar 12, 2025Great property overall. Nicely done and comforftable. I would note a areas for improvement. Temperature: the Nest was not functioning most of the time so it was too cold/warm. A full length mirror would be nice and the doors don't close well on the bunk room.

Stayed Dec 26, 2023This house was so cute and very clean. The backyard was an oasis; the pool was warm, the hot tub felt amazing, and heated up pretty quickly. The home had eveything we needed and then some, even kayaks to take out on the water. We were about 10 min from many beaches on Anna Maria Island without the congestion of island. Matt was very quick to respond to questions we had. The checkout process was also super easy. We would love to come back again.
