'Roxy Palm Springs' 6 BR pool pad!

We had such a great time and the property was actually better than we thought, the linens and kitchen equipment exceeded our expectations. Only complaint was the sound of loud air traffic flying over but a small inconvenience. thanks to the host for making this trip so memorable

Property was amazing, and very well upkept. House rules were clearly communicated, and it straightforward to understand the expectations upon check out. Area is very nice as well.

Host was great. He accommodated any of our issues promptly. The house was as advertised, plenty of room for all of our guests, clean and well supplied.

The house was much bigger and more gorgeous in person. The pool area and outdoor grill were exactly what we were looking for and wanted. The beds are INCREDIBLY comfortable and the house was impeccably clean and well stocked. Location was also very ideal for us to have access to downtown and airport. Highly recommend this house and will likely book again if returning to Palm Springs.

Pool and spa were the bomb! House layout is great and as exactly shown in listing. Noise ordinance is a bit of a pain so, we had our dance party inside. Would rent again

My wife and I, along with 5 other couples, stayed for a long weekend to celebrate my 40th birthday, and the house was great! All amenities were as advertised and felt premium. BBQ, Kitchen, Pool & Spa, and TV were all very easy to use, and the beds were comfortable. We chose this house because it had plenty of bathrooms, which helped make it feel like everyone had their own space. The mountain views from the house were beautiful, and close access to grocery stores, the airport, and downtown was convenient. We had a rental car, which made everything a 5-10 minute trip. The only thing I would advise is that while the kitchen is well stocked with plenty of kitchen tools, plates, and glassware, cooking basics like Olive oil, salt, and pepper aren't included. We knew this ahead of time so it wasn't an issue, but worth noting so you're prepared. All in all, a super great property and would stay here again with a group this size or larger.

The house is clean and beautiful. Came down with 8 ladies for my bachelorette weekend and we had plenty of room. Pool was very clean. Kitchen was well stocked.

The property is beautiful and is centrally located, close to various venues and the airport. It has a generous amount of space and fun things to do on-site (mini-golf, pool, spa, pool table). I was very impressed by the pleasant communication and speedy support for a couple minor issues (mainly, turning the heat up on the spa). One of my favorite VRBO stays. Highly recommended!

Only issue we had was the hot tub and pool heaters didn't always work correctly, but management was very responsive, which we appreciated. Would stay there again.

More than enough room for the 13 in our party. pool was heated. Close to downtown, airport and freeway access to Joshua Tree or the Tram. Manager was clear in the communication and did a great job.

Excellent well-furnished and equipped vacation house. We had 8 adults and used all six large bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms. Yard was very big with a nice pool/spa with ample chaise lounges and other patio furniture. Not super close to any nice restaurants or shop[ping areas but overall we were more than satisfied.

Myself and 10 other girls stayed at the house for 3 nights. House was in a great location and had everything we needed inside. We loved the outdoor space and spent most of our time out there.
