Everything was perfect! Love looking at water & the deer everyday! Just a wonderful experience. :)

We had a great stay. The property was so lovely and the view of the backyard and lake was spectacular. Our hosts were always available when we had questions. It was a relaxing trip.. felt like home away from Home!!!

We had an amazing week at this beautiful and very well kept property! The kids swam and fished every day we were there. The house was very clean inside and very well maintained outside. We also had amazing communication with the owners who were extremely helpful ever since the day of booking this property. If we are ever in the Brushy Creek area again, we will definitely be staying here again! LOVED this property so much and sad our trip had to end!!

The house was gorgeous and we enjoyed swimming in the river. Temperature was perfect.

This stunning home far exceeded our families expectations. My elderly parents bird watched from sun up, to sun down. Watched a hummingbird bills her nest above our heads. The amount of wildlife we were able to experience was magical. Our kids launched SUP’s and paddled through the TX heat. My husband and I cooked on the patio and enjoyed that we didn’t need to leave the home for entertainment. This home is a BIG BANG for the buck!

A BIG THANK YOU to these homeowners because this property was absolutely enjoyable. The layout of this home is just expansive, complete with hardwood flooring, and quite the delight for the crawling infant in our party. 3 bedrooms that were quite spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was a delight for the chef of our party as was the backyard. We also enjoyed breakfast out on the patio complete with a lively creek view. Turtles were out sunning, fish stirring in the creek & visits from black bellied ducks & cardinals, the tv in the living room wasn't turned on once. Plenty at this pad to keep a family busy, we just loved the tree swing & paddle boat.

We stayed at this location for a music festival a town over. The house was perfect! The hist was very responsive and we had no issues at all. Would stay here again and again. The views from the backyard...unbeatable!!!

We loved the lake and fishing right in backyard! Communication was amazing. One shower never got hot and I will be more careful about listings saying how many people they sleep (we had all guys and weren’t going to sleep 2 people in a queen - so I messed up there)!

The property is very clean and has all you will need. Lots of toys to play with, as well as spaces to get away and relax. It is all right there for you, right down to the welcoming coffee bar.

We had so much fun fishing from the pedal boat, paddleboarding, swinging, and bird and deer watching. We stayed 3 nights and wanted to stay longer!!!

Our stay at the Brushy Bend VRBO could not have been better. The hosts have a very clean and welcoming house which is exactly as it is portrayed on the website. No surprises here. They made the check-in and check-out easy and were very accomodating and friendly. We had a great time and would definitely come back and stay there.

We really enjoyed our stay at this house that backs up to a river. The river dam is right behind the house so you can hear the rush of a small waterfall in the backyard. Very peaceful. Nice kitchen for cooking family meals, which we did because we didn’t want to leave. Paddle boat and kayaks on site. The owner was beyond nice and readily available to deal with any questions.

Gary was extremely attentive and accommodating! We had a great 4th of July at his place! We highly recommend you stay here! We will be back…. I Can’t say enough good things about this place!

We stayed at this home for a business trip. Although it's close to everything, it feels very removed from the busyness of the city. Back yard was very nice with a great secluded view of the river. We kayaked and used the paddleboat. House was vwry clean and haf everything we needed. Zero negatives. Great stay. Thanks!

Loved everything about this comfortable, family home. Check in was easy and having the owner nearby was a perk. Beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space for the 7 of us. The view was pretty. The kids enjoyed the paddle boat and watching the beautiful birds by the water and the deer roaming the neighborhood. Perfect stay for us!
