Rotonda Retreat – Heated Pool & Spa, Golf Course Views, Near Gulf Beaches

This house in Rotonda West was beautiful and extremely comfortable. Everything was clean, spacious, and very accommodating, making it easy to relax and feel right at home. Due to the unusually low temperatures, we were able to enjoy spending even more time inside the house, which made us appreciate how comfortable and well set up it was. The pool and hot tub were absolutely amazing and quickly became our favorite part of the stay. The hosts were fantastic — very attentive to our needs and always quick to respond whenever we had a question. The only thing we wished for was warmer temperatures and more time to enjoy the pool and hot tub. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this property.

Perfection! From the initial WOW moment when we arrived to the minute we departed, we fell in love with this place! This is the villa to book, look no further.Everything you need and more in a modern spotless villa. Owner's who'll answer any enquiry instantly and efficiently. Nothing was any trouble at all!With a youngish family we had the perfect home from home. It has a perfect simple layout which means everyone is easy to keep an eye on but can have their own space too. The pool area was perfect and a nice depth for the kid's. It's nicely surrounded by the lake of the golf course which is great for watching the wildlife.We've been coming to the area for year's and this is easily the best villa we've had! We'll be back.

The house was perfect! It had everything we needed and more. Everything was well cared for! I gave the neighborhood 4 stars just because it’s in rotunda you have to back track your way out out of the neighborhood. The tablet logged out one night to turn the hot tub heat on and the host answered us right away. It was a great trip!

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this home! The property is in fantastic condition with an open layout that makes it perfect for gathering, yet the bedrooms still provide plenty of privacy—great for multiple families. The master bathroom is out of this world, and honestly, the pictures don’t do this home justice!The location is unbeatable, with easy access to incredible beaches like Blind Pass, Siesta Key, Manasota Key, Boca Grande, and Venice Beach. Whether you're looking for relaxation or adventure, you're in the perfect spot.We stayed with kids, and they absolutely loved the pool! The spacious outdoor patio and lanai made it easy for everyone to relax, and the color-changing lights made evening swims extra fun. The LED light-up pool toys were a huge hit, keeping the kids entertained for hours. The iPad in the kitchen was a fantastic touch, allowing us to easily control the pool and hot tub temperatures and set the perfect ambiance.The VRBO hosts’ communication was excellent, and they truly went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. All the little things have been thought of, from extra towels to a well-stocked kitchen, making the experience seamless and stress-free.The home is in a quiet neighborhood, yet still conveniently just an hour from Fort Myers and Sarasota. It was the perfect escape, and we can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend!
