Rosey’s Guest House-a beautiful townhome in Lititz with tons of space and style!

The place is very well kept and cozy. It offers excellent amenities (everything you could want and more) and spaces to gather to talk, play games, eat, etc…

Absolutely wonder stay, again!! This is our third year in a row staying here, and it has been spectacular each time!! The house is gorgeous and so well stocked. The owners are fabulous! We have already booked the house again for next year, and can’t wait!

We came to Lititz for a family reunion weekend. We gathered siblings and grandchildren from Maine, NYC and PA. This house was lovely and we lucked out with beautiful weather both nights. The kitchen and grill were perfect for our group to enjoy dinner and conversation in the patio space. We had a few minor questions that were answered immediately. The house was clean, charming and had everything we needed to visit and relax. Of course the goats were a very big hit! It was a great family visit.

This is our 2nd time staying at Rosey's, and it only got better. They updated several things like the backyard that have really made the home feel even more homey and welcoming. Everything was well provideded and accessible. We all enjoyed our stay and the town of Lititz is so charming. Hope to come again a 3rd time.

We stayed for a weekend to celebrate our oldest son's upcoming wedding with our two daughters and future daughter-in-law. The house was perfect. It is close to town so we were able to walk to dinner and events. It has a great outdoor area which we enjoyed. The rooms were very comfortable. We had everything we needed and felt at home at his beautifully decorated house. We will definitely go back. The town of Litiz is fun too.

We were so impressed with this property and our hosts. Every time I thought wouldn't it be nice if...I turned around and there it was. The house is so thoughtfully appointed. I can't even begin to mention all of the amenities. Lititz is a lovely town to visit and Rosey's Guest House is the perfect place to stay. We had such a good time, we may come back again next year. This was our first time using a vbro and we will do it again.

This listing is one of the best VRBOs we have ever visited. We were in town to get married and were traveling with our 4 daughters and family from Panama. Every detail was considered and curated to provide a comfortable, relaxed, whimsical stay for our entire family. It was the perfect place to relax and regroup during a busy wedding weekend. Very impressed!

This lovingly restored home was warm and inviting. My husband and I stayed with our two sons and a friend. There was plenty of space and the owner thinks of all the details to make the stay comfortable. The coffee bar had a great variety with honey, flavorings and all the works. We were welcomed with a nice note and Wilbur buds. The house is in easy walking distance to downtown Lititz with great shopping and restaurants. The pet goats next door are the stars of the neighborhood and made the stay extra fun We will definitely stay again when we are back in Lititz!

Melody and Chris were amazing hosts. When walked in there were delicious chocolate chip cookies and a bag of local chocolates waiting for us. The house was clean and stocked with everything we needed or forgot. There was a guest book that explained the history of the house and details for restaurants, shopping and adventures to try. We have been visiting the Lancaster area for over 20 years and this home was very accomodating. We highly recommend this home. thlLancaster PA area for over 20 years.

Rosey's Guest House was the perfect place for our annual Sister's weekend. The house is beautifully decorated with a lot of seasonal touches. There are so many extras that make this house special - a welcome package (Thanks!), personal bath items in case you forgot something, snacks, coffee and tea set ups. We loved sitting around the fire pit and relaxing on the front porch, visiting the goats. And the location was great too, the walk into downtown was very scenic and provided just enough exercise. Melody and Chris were very quick to respond to any questions. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone travelling to Lititz. Thanks for a great weekend!

This was our 2nd time staying here, and it has been perfect both times!! The hosts are spectacular, and have seen to every little detail. The house is immaculately clean and beautifully decorated. The fire pit outside is an added bonus. The location is quiet and peaceful, but within driving or walking distance to nearby restaurants, shops, and attractions. We would stay here anytime we are traveling to the area.

Very clean and well equipped house; just ten minutes walk to visit family in nearby Luther Acres, which was ideal for us. Melody was very helpful and responsive in sorting out a few problems for us, during our stay. We'd definitely want to stay again!

We had lived in Lititz in the past, and booked this stay for a return to see the old sites. This was the best VRBO we have experienced--kids agreed too. So many little thoughtful and personal touches. The kids didn't ask to watch TV and spent time outside with the playhouse and goats. The sleeping arrangements are very accommodating. The kids loved the attic room, which was nicely cool with AC even in June. Almost wished we had brought friends.

The home was every bit as wonderful as advertised … amazing outdoor setting for entertaining and nice, easy walk to the quant center of Lititz

A cute historical property - clean and had everything we needed! Chris and Melody were welcoming and incredibly responsive. We appreciated their help with recommendations for dinner etc. We had a great time!

Our cousins weekend was made even more special because of the thoughtful greeting we received from Melody! The house is absolutely adorable with every amenity you can think of! We are already planning our next stay!
