SummerSalt is a Carriage House in Rosemary Beach, the main house, Sea La Vie is rented separately. Centrally located and just a couple of blocks to Rosemary's town square (with dining and shopping), SummerSalt is your new favorite beach home. You're only 1 block to the Rosemary Beach Sky Pool.

Upon entering this beach retreat you'll find a large open living space, queen bed, set of twin beds, a full kitchen (no oven) and full bath. The living room has a couch and two chairs that seat four guests comfortably to watch TV. There is a 40 4K Smart HDTV in the living area. A washer and dryer (in garage) as well as an iron and ironing board are provided.

Rosemary Beach has 4 private pools, (one is heated), tennis courts, fitness center, private beach, 2 large greens overlooking the Gulf, and many boutique shops and restaurants for your enjoyment.

The town of Rosemary Beach, located along the Emerald coast in Florida's panhandle, is a stunning example of new urbanism. Restaurants, coffee shop, book store, retail stores, art galleries, bank, post office, hair salon, fitness center, tennis center, 4 community pools, chapel and the beach - all in a walkable environment, accessible via a network of boardwalks and pathways create a true, livable beach community.
