We had a wonderful time at this property. It was clean and comfortable. Location was so close to the beach and access is private so we did not have to deal with crowds. Plenty of room for our group of 12. I would recommend this rental to anyone.

Heated too hot, chlorine too strong to swim. Management company contacted pool maintenance, but they never arrived to fix issue.

We enjoyed every moment of our trip! The house and pool were divine and there was plenty of space for everyone! The only negatives were some loose door knobs and cabinet hinges which I’m sure are easy to fix!

The grilll is on its last leg and the pool pump needs to be fixed . The pool water was mostly cloudy the whole week. Bad circulation. I have a pool, so I know how it should look. The kitchen is great-well equipped and up to date. The water pressure in bathrooms is great. The pool was cleaned twice a week. The location is right across from the park, and close to the beach. Our only complaint is that while the house had motorized shades for the windows facing the park, the owners do not allow renters to use them. For people desiring privacy at night, this may be an issue for some. I would recommend this house if people are aware of the shade issue...we have used 30A Luxury vacations several times and will use them again. They always does a great job of being very responsive and helpful. Anytime we had an issue, they responded promptly and had answers to our questions.
