Rosemary Beach Carriage House with Access to 4 Community Pools and Beach

The location was great but the house was disappointing overall. There is really only room for 2 adults to comfortably stay in the house. The pull out couch mattress was very uncomfortable and not an adequate option to sleep on for guests 3-4 and there was no space for a desk or table to dine or do anything other than sleep.

Very nice. Clean. Way walk to the beach. Parking is my only complaint but it was totally fine.

This place couldn’t have been better positioned for our stay in 30A. Walking distance from the beach, many restaurants, and shopping.

Rosemary Beach is a hidden gem! It’s a perfect place to let go and relax. We love everything about the community. The restaurants, the neighborhood, walking paths leading to everything delicious and of course the beautiful beach. We hope to visit again soon.

Great location south of 30A. Small carriage house. W/D is in garage below. Garage needs a good cleaning. It was hard to even get back to W/D as garage is very full. 2 bikes included but didn’t have both until last day. 360Blue tried their best, were very nice and responsive. I knew that the bed was a queen but wished it was a king.

Good value, clean and easy walk to beach and restaurants.

This property was absolutely perfect for my husbands and I mini get away. The location was great, seriously shortest and easiest walk to the beach, restaurants, shopping and more. The property came with bikes, beach chairs, wagon etc. definitely worth getting the beach service chairs, they were set up for us every morning . So happy with our choice of this property. Perfect for a couple!

My husband and I stayed in this gorgeous carriage house for our anniversary. Everything was extremely clean. As a real estate professional I was very impressed with the attention to detail. The location is PERFECT for walking and biking to the beach and to all Rosemary Beach attractions. The beach and square were a 3-4 minute walk. The pools in the community were beautiful and some provided lots of shade. Cannot wait to visit again with the rest of our family!

Unfortunately we had several issues. The batteries were dead for the door lock so we had to wait 1 hr for after hours maintenance. That was pretty inconvenient after driving 10 hours. But thankful they were able to help us. Wi-Fi didn’t work but maintenance fixed that the day after check in. Our beach access card didn’t work and we had to wait for other beach goers to let us in/out. Called all day for help. Finally was told a card was dropped off at our unit. It wasn’t. We were fortunate enough to see a maintenance person in the area and asked if he could provide one. He made a call and gave us 2. Everything was perfect after that. Enjoyed our stay but it started off a little frustrating.

We had a great time and we definitely will be back, however it was very difficult to get in touch with staff. Our beach access card didn’t work so we had to wait until others could let us into the beach.
