Located just a 5-minute walk from the Bongaree waterfront, Rosella Rise is a beautifully renovated holiday home designed to offer both comfort and convenience. This modern retreat is perfect for families or groups of friends, providing space for up to 6 guests.

Please be aware that Rosella Rise does have a extremely strict no smoking policy in or on the property.

Rosella Rise boasts three double bedrooms. The master bedroom features a plush queen-sized bed and connects to the main bathroom, which doubles as an ensuite for added convenience.

Bedrooms 2 and 3 are furnished with double beds, ensuring a comfortable and private space for each guest.

The home features air conditioning installed in the hallway outside the bedrooms to allow cool air to access sleeping areas, maintaining a pleasant temperature throughout the home. A desk area fitted with a computer and chair. The kitchen, newly renovated, includes a dishwasher, stove top, oven, air fryer and microwave. Additionally, a Breville Nescafe espresso machine.

The living area is designed for comfort and entertainment, with a Smart TV, free WiFi, and additional air conditioning unit.

Step outside to the private side yard, which is enclosed and paved, offering a delightful space for outdoor enjoyment including a 6-seater outdoor table.
Here, you’ll find a BBQ perfect for cooking and dining al fresco.

The house also includes a separate toilet located downstairs, and parking is available in the single garage. For your laundry needs, the home is equipped with a washing machine, dryer, iron, ironing board, drying rack, and both indoor and outdoor washing lines.
Adding to the convenience, complimentary toiletries are provided, along with one bath towel and one beach towel per guest.

    Excellent location, quick walking distance to the water, shops and public transport, Rosella rise was a great break for our family. The property is in a quiet neighbourhood and was excellently appointed - we loved our stay and the hosts were a breeze to work with! We would definitely return on future holidays.

    Property was clean. Had everything we needed. I stayed with my two daughters (16 and 11). Easy walk to beach front and shops. The garage is tucked away and we needed to do an 18 point turn to park in it... but street parking was plenty! Thanks for a great stay.
