I enjoyed the residence! The Harry Potter themed decor. Very nice, clean and comfy beds! A little more difficult for my elderly mother getting up and down from nice but soft, low furniture. I would recommend grab bars in the tub/shower area for us older folk. We had one incident of loud music in adjoining duplex but all in all we were there for 5 nights and enjoyed it very much!
We were in town for a wedding. Accommodations were as stated and worked very well for 4 adults. Nice and clean!
The house is a mid-century gem in a quiet location on a secluded court off of Park Avenue and not far from the hospital and Mineral Springs Park. The vaulted ceiling makes the home feel more spacious. The decor is comfortable and fun with subtle and obvious nods to Harry Potter. We had fun looking for the connections to the books/films. We did not use the kitchen for cooking, although it appeared well-equipped. The house served as a good home base for a family visit.
Came into town from California to visit friends and family
This was a good location for us while staying in the Peoria area. The outside could use some sprucing up as others have mentioned. The inside was newly remodeled. It was great having a washer and dryer. Shelves for dishes were a little dusty. Had A/C replaced while we were there. Would have liked to have had a little prior notice that there would be someone entering the house while we were staying there.
As advertised. Stocked with all you need. Very neat and clean.
My friend and I had a great time staying at 10 1/2 Rose Ct. last week. The place was beautiful, and the accommodations were excellent. The beds are very comfortable too.
Peaceful, clean and quiet. The bed was very comfortable and the linens were excellent. Nicely appointed kitchen, also appreciated having a washer amd dryer. I will stay here again.
My friend and I stayed here and were very happy. From the outside it didn’t look like anything special but once inside you can see that everything is modern and felt very cozy. Everything was clean, tidy and ready to enjoy. My only recommendation would be to provide an outdoor grill for those that like to barbecue. We had a great stay.
Our stay was great and was a tidy little getaway spot. The curb appeal can use an upgrade to match the appearance of the inside. The first overall stay was nice.
