Great roomy house with lots of space for a family vacation.Easy access to Beaver Creek and plenty of space for multiple rental cars. Could not have asked for a better house for our trip. Thank you to the great hosts, we hope to be back for another trip.

House was very well appointed with very comfortable great room - living room, dining and kitchen. The kitchen was “furnished” with utensils, dinner ware, etc. … all that one would need. Bedrooms, bathrooms were all comfortable and very nice.

This home was the perfect place to stay for the weekend. Very spacious and comfortable. All of the amenities were as advertised, parking was easy, and the house was perfectly located. We were able to access all of the mountains close to Avon, grocery stores were close, and everything was perfect. Our group would love to stay again next year.

What an amazing property! Hosted a college buddy golf trip and all of us had beds. Great access to courses, amazing lounging area inside and outside with games and ample TVs. We played tennis and pickle too. This would be amazing for the winter ski season too. All around perfect for a big group. Host was extremely responsive and helped along the way.

My son got married in Oct and we needed a home for my siblings and 2 of my other adult kids. This house was great! Lots and lots of room to spread out! All of the beds were comfortable, as well as the pillows. And there were plenty of pillows! Everyone had a private bathroom which was a real benefit. The hot tub was delightful and we took full advantage! Road noise was a little annoying- the house backs up to Hwy 6- but it was not noticeable with the doors closed. There was plenty of ventilation with the front windows open and from all the fans in the house. The location was perfect for our needs! And there were many extras in the house-spices, paper products, etc. All in all, everyone was happy with the house. We considered it a good value, especially in a resort area.

Excellent house for larger family gathering. Each bedroom has a full bathroom which is so amazing. Stayed in town for wedding. Only minor issue is some road noise during night. Would highly recommend.

This home is so well laid out for a multi generational family and the en suite bathrooms for every bedrooms is fabulous. The master bedroom and bathroom stole the show and the kitchen and large open downstairs floor plan was amazing. There were plenty of towels and linens, paper towels, toilet paper, bath products and even Tide Pods. The garage and parking is adequate. The backyard and deck were a dream for the kids and parents and we even enjoyed one evening in the hot tub. The third floor was the kids’ main hangout and gave the adults time to visit downstairs. Smart tvs worked great, fabulous fans in bedrooms and the two washers and dryers made packing up to leave easier. Everything is close to this house so eating out, Vail Village, Lionshead, Nottingham Park, Beaver Creek, Edwards, and Gerold Ford Amphitheater are all minutes away. There is no A/C so keep the fans handy during the summer months and open up the windows with screens.
