Roomy 4 bedroom 4 bathroom house on a 5 acre pond less than a mile from Texoma

We enjoyed out stay. It was 2 adults and 4 13 yr old boys. Everyone loved fishing in the pond behind the home, even though we did not catch much. The teens all loved the game room set up. The grill barely worked so cooking for everyone was a challenge. The master suite does not have any curtains or blinds so it was difficult to sleep once the sun came up.

House was very nice and easy to find . It was nice to be close to all the stores that were needed from groceries to bait. Host was very nice and helpful and even let us check in a little early. Overall, I would recommend this place to anyone looking to stay at Texhoma area

It was clean but looked like maybe cleaned a week ago and hadn’t been stayed in. The beds were hard. The febreeze plug ins had electrical tape around them……. The lights in the living room are hanging down slightly, need someone to get a ladder and tap them back up. The sink in the master bathroom don’t work properly. The mast bedroom also doesn’t have any window coverings. The outdoor grill was completely rusted on the inside and not usable. We had to use the neighbors grill to cook our food. Overall it’s an ok place and could be as great as the pictures look with a little TLC. ALSO don’t let the game room fool you. The air hockey “works” but barely any air coming out. For the price I expected more from this property. I wouldn’t book again unless it’s been given some attention.

I wish I would’ve known that it was a split level home with the kitchen and living room being on the bottom floor. My 80 year old mother had a very hard time getting up and down the stairs. We were celebrating her birthday. Overall, it is a beautiful home.

The property was beautiful and the location was fantastic. There were a few things that I wish had been a little better, as the nightly rate isn’t cheap. There were lots of millipedes everywhere, and the cleanliness of the property want great (hair in the drain and stuck to wallpapers). The couches in the living room smelled a little of smoke and pet dander. It didn’t feel as luxurious as it looks because of those things, but the host was very communicative and the ammenities were nice.

Very interesteing layout. Has places for pull out bed opportunities that we needed. Just needed more pillows, linens, blackets to support them.

2-family reunion. Loved the location. .6 miles from The Island Bar and Grill and the boat rental dock. Fire pit and pond fishing! Such an amazing time and gorgeous-spacious property

It was very comfortable for our family. Nice and cool inside.

Nice property. Everything as should have been. All appliances worked, kitchen stocked nicely. Would recommend as a vacation spot. Will stay again.

We loved it so much, it was so relaxing!

This house was perfect for our get away. We had the best view and the most adorable house. The kids never got bored and it is big enough for everyone to have their own room! 2 nights was not enough of this little piece of heaven!
