Room with a View is a downtown Apartment with views to impress! Look out over beautiful Payette Lake and the center of McCall through the large North facing windows while you dine and enjoy your company. Located just off of the 'main drag,' you are just a short walk to All Things McCall. McCall Brewing Company is just around the corner for a quick bite with friends, but walk a couple minutes more and access all that downtown has to offer.

Head up the steps and walkway to use the private side entrance to this bright one bedroom, one bath vacation rental and head up the stairs to unpack. At the top of the stairs you will arrive into the sitting area equipped with a library of books to enjoy. The full bath with soaking tub and shower is accessed here as well. Your fully stocked kitchen and dining area are next with a large glass dining table for four and breathtaking views of Payette Lake.

Step through the West hall where you will find a vanity as well as a closet with extra bedding and board games to your suite with a Queen size bed (watch your step!). Here you have lounge chair seating and access to your private balcony with a small table and outdoor chairs overlooking downtown.

Another DoneRight Vacation Rental, the Cottage Inn, is located right next door if you need a rental near by for family or friends!

Limited Parking! Parking is limited with room for only one vehicle in front. Must not block other vehicles. If parked, leave room for others to back up and exit driveway.

This home does NOT have a BBQ grill.

There is a Full-Time Resident occupying the lower unit of the house - Private access to your rental is located on the side of the home leading you upstairs to the Apartment.

NO SMOKING is permitted anywhere in or around the property. This includes outside spaces such as the front porch and back decks.

This is a NO PET property. If you need a rental that accommodates pets, please reach out to us and we would be happy to provide you with alternative property options.

This home has a two night minimum stay, but some date ranges require a 3 or 4 night stay.

Make yourself at home, but please be respectful of locked cupboards and doors that indicate a private space.

All of our properties have self-check in via keyless entry or lockbox. Guest access codes and check in information will be sent to guests one week prior to arrival.

Parties and events are NOT allowed at this property.

Check in is anytime after 4PM. Check out is at 10AM.

The guest renting this home must be an adult 25 years or older and will be an occupant of the unit during the entire reservation period.

This property is subject to all City of McCall ordinances, including those specific to noise levels, occupancy, and safety.

All reservations must submit identification and sign the DoneRight Management rental agreement w/in 72 hours of booking.

    Our only complaint was that there was no a/c. The nights eventually cooled off but the afternoon and evening the fans could not keep up. Maybe a portable a/c unit would help. It was in the 90s outside. Otherwise we really liked the place. Great location to restaurants, very clean, well stocked, comfortable bed, modern.

    Property as advertsised, but lack of AC made unit uncomfortable in the evening. Glad the unit had fans. The portable unit in the lliving area was no help at night. We had an isse where the water was cut of due to work in the complex for a couple hours.

    Cute little place. Very cozy. The heating setup was a bit odd. Very difficult to find good settings on the 7 individual electric heaters. A little vague on parking restrictions. Printed instruction binder outdated. TV was very, very small. All-in-all, a nice experience.

    This property is in a great location, walking distance to many of the things you'll want to do in McCall. Pros: It's in a great location, has good views, the kitchen was well stocked, and it was very clean. Cons: I hated the checkout time of 10:00 am. Even the paperwork in the rental said 11:00 am. But our correspondence with the management company told us to be out by 10:00. This may not be a big deal to some but when we're on vacation we stay up late and want to have a late relaxing morning before departing. Next, the windows at the bed height have no curtains, which face directly into the windows of the business across the street, very odd (we covered it with blankets)! Next, the bathroom window looks directly onto the balcony of the neighboring restaurant. There is no shade to open and close in the bathroom, only a small see through curtain. You can't use the bathroom or shower if its dark outside. Again, very awkward (we used the bathroom w/lights off). Lastly, and the most important to me, no one mentions in the listing that there are a LOT of stairs to get in the house. I sometimes use a cane and have issues walking up stairs, especially if I'm carrying luggage. I just wish I would have known this before we showed up. It was also a pain to have to carry our bikes up all the stairs each time we would come and go. All that complaining aside, I would definitely stay there again. But now I will be aware of all the quirky things there and be prepared before I show up.

    This was a great place to stay for a few weeks while working in the area. Perfect location and a great view of downtown and the lake. It would be a perfect five star except for two minor things: 1) Parking. Before coming to McCall I double checked parking to be certain that my work truck would fit. They claim that there are three spots for all units, but with a large truck on one side, I don't see how two other vehicles could park. One Saturday I came back from work and there were three small vehicles crammed in and no street parking for several blocks. I stopped by the DoneRight office and they took care of it for me. 2) Voyeurism. This didn't really bother me but the folks dinning on the patio 50 feet from the bathroom window probably didn't want to see a 50 year old dude stepping out of the shower. The sheer curtains are probably fine during daytime but when it's dark outside I'm pretty sure that sheer is transparent. Maybe McCall Brewing Co. should be charging for dinner AND a show.

    It is a great location for a couple. It was very warm in July, so we had to rely on fans to pull cool air in at night. The bed was comfortable and we spent every day at different locations with family.

    I only down rated this because the kitchen could a few more features and the bedroom and bathroom could use a little privacy. If you don't mind being a little bit of an exhibitionist (which I didn't) then this is a great place. The view of the morning lake is fantastic!

    Wonderful apartment conveniently located in the heart of McCall. Easy walking access to everything. The apartment was super clean modern and fresh. Great view of the lake . Will stay there again.

    Streets being torn up, a manhole cover that made noise every time a car drove over it. Bedroom has no curtains to cut the light down so you can sleep in after you got no sleep the night before.
