Basics in kitchen for cooking available and well stocked for plates and glasses. The host is quick to respond about questions. Nice to have so many separate bedrooms as well as large spaces for family to be together.

Host was prompt with information referring stay and always available for questions. Wonderful accommodations and perfect for our gathering.

Noah is a great communicator and the home is well appointed, spacious and well kept. We had a great time enjoying the various spaces especially the back yard, bon fire area and garage.

The Baywood property was absolutely perfect for our WYSONODAKCOAZ get-together!! Easy access from I-94, great location, and quiet neighborhood. There was plenty of space for our group; the kitchen is well equipped, and the beds are comfortable. Noah was responsive to any questions/concerns. A great experience for me, personally, as I am VRBO newbie. Kudos!!

We had a large family gathering with little kids and this place was perfect. There were toys, kid plates and utensils, high chair, pack n play with crib sheets that made traveling with young kids and babies much enjoyable. The adults enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit along with fun games of air hockey, ping ping table, and pac man. There were lots of towels, shampoo and conditioner, and a kitchen that was fully stocked with dishes. We loved our stay and cant wait to book next year.

We had a fantastic weekend stay at this home! Check-in was a breeze, and communication with the host was clear, quick, and friendly from start to finish. The house is in a great neighborhood - quiet, safe, and perfect for relaxing. We especially loved spending time in the hot tub and around the fire pit. The location was super convenient, with plenty of shopping and restaurant options just a short drive away. Everything was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. We would absolutely stay here again - highly recommend!

Home is in a nice neighborhood and is easy to get too. What you see online is what you will have at the home.Kitchen has plenty of plates, bowls, and silverware. Pots and pans were in good condition. Bed was comfortable. The temperature in the basement was a bit chilly, so bring winter pajamas or have someone to snuggle up with at night. We will look at staying in this home on our next trip to Fargo if it is available

We had a regional NCFCA speech tournament in Moorhead. This location was a 10 minute drive with several stores close by that helped with last minute forgotten items. There were 3 Moms and 3 teen girls and this location had more than enough room for everyone to have some space of their own.

We needed a place for 11 adults to stay. The house had plenty of room to spread out and was perfect for us. It was clean, comfortable and had a well stocked kitchen. One suggestion would be to add a garage door code as the front steps were icy due to the snow that came the morning of our arrival, but that’s a seasonal thing.

The home was the perfect place for us. It was very clean, the kitchen was well stocked, there were plenty of towels, and the games, etc were a hit with everyone. Overall it was exactly what our family needed to enjoy our time together.

Met with family for a little Christmas get together and this house worked perfect. Kids loved the airhockey and had plenty of space to play while adults had plants of space to chat and catch up. Would for sure stay again!

The house was perfect for our large family thanksgiving. The house was clean, comfortable, great neighborhood and had everything we needed.

There were 8 of us that stayed (3 couples + 2 singles) and with 5 BR and 3 baths, it was perfect. The hot tub was a fun bonus (towels provided) and the garage space was a perfect fit for our group to enjoy drinks and a fish fry (prepared outside).

Property is just as pictured. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out. Kitchen and baths were well stocked for any needs. We spent much of our time hanging out in back yard or playing games in the garage. The tv and bar on wheels is fantastic in the garage.

We were in town for a wedding at Rustic Oaks. Great location, lots of space, well equipped kitchen. It was perfect for our group of all ages from 21 months to 72.

We had 4 families stay in the VRBO. Everything was exceptional. Noah quickly responded to all requests. From the kitchen being stocked to the coffee maker: k cups they thought of everything. We had some family members with younger children visit. The master bedroom is stacked with fun activities for the kids. There was more than enough room for all of us to be together. You thought of everything from the ping pong table to the roominess in the basement. Plus the ability to wash our clothes if needed. . I think the best part was the mattresses. Our sleep was restful. Great job on picking those out. We would highly recommend the house. A perfect central point for travel.

Having never used something like this before, we were VERY impressed. We had to fly in from North Carolina for our daughter’s wedding in Moorehead and had family and friends from Washington state and Texas that joined us. We opted to do this instead of a hotel because it gave us the opportunity to visit and catch up in the down time of all the wedding festivities. The house was very relaxing and clean. The beds and pillows were comfortable and the kids had a blast with the toys that were provided. We had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. Would very highly recommend this property and owner to anyone.

This property was amazing. The space was super functional for a large family gathering. Super Clean, Great Amenities and a quiet neighborhood. So quiet there, a deer walked by our vehicles in the early morning. Nicely decorated and well worth the price of the stay. We all would come back for another stay if we meet in Fargo again.
