Rooftop w/ Views: Modern Little Italy Townhome

Great stay for our family’s first trip to the West Coast. Was everything we hoped for in terms of the quality of the house. The location was amazing and gave us access to everything San Diego had to offer!

Perfect location! Plenty to do in walking distance and easy access to hwy to go further. The cafe across the street has great coffee, enjoyed sitting on the rooftop while watching the world wake up. Great communication before check in. Definitely would recommend!

I'll admit, I was worried this place would turn out to be a case of too good to be true. But it absolutely was not, it was exactly as promised. This place is beautiful and was the absolutely perfect place to stay. The photos do not lie! It's really this beautiful. The rooftop deck is amazing. The place is huge and light and bright. It felt clean and safe. There is a lovely sandwich and gelato shop (and liquor store) right across the street. The main drag of Little Italy is such a short walk. The garage is tiny, she is itsy bitsy but it did fit my Honda CRV and it was a huge added benefit not having to search for street parking and knowing my car was safe. Also it should be noted that this is a three level property (four if you count the rooftop deck). The ground floor is a landing ... you'll go down a flight of stairs for the room with the three twin beds. Go up one floor (from the landing) for the main living space and then up another flight of stairs for the queen bedroom (and then up another flight for the rooftop deck). This was fine for me, my 4 year old and my very active 70+ mom. But it would be an issue for anyone with mobility issues or very small children. But I would 100% come back. In a heartbeat (my daughter keeps asking to go back!!). We had a great time here! Book this gem!!

Property was very clean and centrally located to everything. We were able to walk or over to wherever we needed to go. We celebrated my sisters bachelorette weekend and the host was the sweetest and allowed us to check in early so we could decorate and surprise her:

Comfortable apartment in a great location a few blocks from the heart of Little Italy and the trolley (tram). The rooftop is amazing with lovely views and sun all day. The apartment was comfortable and as described. I would recommend it and would go back

This townhome was perfect for our stay. Everything was in walking distance. The house was welcoming and clean. I would stay here again.

Wish we could have stayed longer. So close to so many things. Didn’t move the car once we parked!
