Rooftop Space Needle Views - Seattle Townhome

Look out - 5 flights of stairs, couldnt carry our luggage all the way to top bedroom. A/C in only bottom floor and top bedroom.Smoke-detector missing in 2nd floor, Back door blocked off. Top floor bathroom shower smelled moldy and had mold on bottom of shower door. 2nd Bathroom toilet had excrement in it and the sanitizing paper was over the top. Entrance floors not cleaned well, dirty film on top. Host was not flexable at all with check in and check out times. We had to find somewhere else to store our luggage until check in and then again in the morning so we could be out by 10AM. Communication was great until we booked then questions took 24 hrs or more to get answered.

Overgrown lawn and bushes just to get to the front door. Rats were running through the overgrown brush. Tile shower was covered in mildew. Back door was put together with painters tape. Two mini splits on the first and fourth floor only making several rooms warm. Rooftop furniture was broken. Kitchen was supplied with bare minimum. The living room furniture was wobbly and the couch sunk in towards the back.

Great location. Well maintained property. A great view of the space needle! Will stay again.

Super central, great price and value. Had my bachelorette trip in Seattle and this was the perfect place to stay. Really nicely stocked VRBO

This townhouse was in a great location - walking distance to the Space Needle, a grocery store and a variety of restaurants. It was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. As others mentioned, there are A LOT of stairs so be prepared. Also, the loft is a great space, but the front windows are not covered and there is a street light right outside which made it a little difficult to sleep (not to mention the homeless man screaming for 2 hours outside the front windows in the middle of the night - but it's a city so to somewhat be expected). Even with that said, we would stay here again.

Beautiful modern place and so close to the space needle even got view from the outside deck!

Excellent location, very clean with no clutter! Be sure everyone in your party can climb stairs easily, as the bedrooms and bathrooms are on the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th floors. Only issue was one of the smoke detectors started beeping continuously a few days before our checkout, and we were told they could Amazon a battery to the house but the maintenance workers wouldn’t available until after we checked out. The beeping didn’t resolve with just taking the old battery out. The dishwasher also took a little while to figure out but worked well. Otherwise, our stay was fantastic!

Immaculately clean and conveniently located. City parking was crazy, but we were able to walk to many of our destinations, including a full grocery store just a couple blocks away. Loved chilling on the rooftop and taking in the city lights at the end of each day. Would stay again!

The condo was in great shape, had everything needed for our stay, and was in a great location. The only negative thing I can think of was the amount of stairs that have to be climbed to reach the upper bedroom and rooftop, but we knew that going in. It was overall a great stay.

Great location for being close to a lot of tourist attractions. Awesome rooftop deck. Very clean, plenty of towels, blankets and pillows. Comfy beds. You need to pay attention to the parking signs on the street. We saw 2 cars get towed that parked outside the perimeters.
