Rooftop Hot Tub with Ocean Views, New House!

The property was very clean and everything was new. We enjoyed the rooftop hot tub every afternoon. Location is great just 2 minutes from the highway in a quiet neighborhood with groceries stores a short drive away.

We will definitely stay at the Bay and Breeze again in the future! We were 100% satisfied with everything about this rental. Communication with the owners was easy, amazing, and extremely quick with responses. The rental was CLEAN!!! I was so happy and relieved when the cleanliness was as it appeared in the pictures. I’m really picky with the cleanliness of rentals. For example, I ALWAYS take my own sheets to put on the bed I’m going to sleep on, whether it be a hotel, rental, etc. I had my own sheets for this rental and did not use them! I felt comfortable sleeping in the sheets because I could see, feel, & smell the cleanliness. We loved the deck where the sliding glass doors opened 100%. It was lovely with the breeze and cooler temperatures in the mornings. We absolutely loved the rooftop! It had an outdoor dining table, with fireplace through the middle of the table. It also had reclining chairs to relax and sun tan. It had a nice AND CLEAN hot tub. But the absolute best of the rooftop were the views! You can see the ocean! You can see over the San Diego city! You can see Sea World’s fireworks perfectly every night! It’s magical up there! The sun sets at night were incredible! It was also so nice to have beach equipment at our disposal. We used the boogie boards, chairs for the beach, beach towels, shade umbrella, sand toys, and beach bag, ALL provided at the rental. It was so nice to not have to rent all this equipment or bring it with us. We loved our stay! Thank you!

Neighborhood was nice and quiet. House was perfect for our family. Enjoyed the bay views and night time skies from the rooftop. We will definitely stay here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this delightful home away from home. It's located in a lovely, quiet family neighborhood that is close to everything. It's immaculately clean. The rooftop hot tub is a fabulous way to start and end a busy day of sightseeing. The hosts live right next door and are lovely people who responded quickly when we needed something, and were unintrusive when we didn't. Check in and check out was easy peasy. In other words, our stay was perfect! We would definitely stay here again.

We couldn't find one thing about this house that we'd change. It's beautifully decorated, stocked very well, clean, in a great neighborhood, and has lovely views from both the second floor and the rooftop deck. We had a great time! The owners were super responsive to a minor issue - was fixed in less than 10 minutes! We'd love to come back!

The perfect home away from home to land after seeing the sights of San Diego! Beautiful, clean home in a lovely, quiet neighborhood. Centrally located and just a short drive to all we did while visiting. Private hot tub and table fire pit on 3rd floor roof...don't get that at a busy hotel, and no parking fees! We loved our stay and thank our hosts for sharing their beautiful home.

So I have lived in San Diego for almost 20 years in all different areas of the City and this spot happens to be in one of coolest locations/and has the best view you could ask for- easy access to everything with views of the Coronado islands to the south and the amazing sunsets silhouetted by the Church to the West really made this a special place to stay.. Adding to this was top notch hospitality and experience provided by the Hosts (David and Larissa) it turned our ‘Fumigation Week’ into the best experience we could have hoped for… If you have never been or are returning to San Diego I would highly recommend staying here- it will make your experience the best it can be! We know where our next staycation will be :)

Pictures don’t do this property justice, it was even better than expected. Excellent floor plan, rooftop jacuzzi is one of a kind. The check in process was easy, and 11am checkout was a nice touch as well. Beds were clean and comfy, entire home was well appointed. Would love to stay again!

House was very nice, clean and cozy. Enjoyed hanging out on the roof deck looking out into the town. Everything was about a 10 minute drive, so the location was very convenient. The owner was very nice and super helpful when recommending places to go to. This is a great place for anyone visiting! Thank you
