Set in Twin Palms just steps from Inlet Beach, this modern four-bedroom retreat was built for families and friend groups who want the polish of a high-end home with the ease of leaving the car parked all week.

Inside, four bedrooms (including a king ensuite and a bunk room built forthe kids) sleep eleven across thoughtfully designed spaces. Smart TVs, a fully stocked kitchen, and a coffee setup with both pods and drip mean mornings move at your pace. Balconies on every floor invite the breeze in, and a main-floor bedroom keeps things accessible for grandparents or anyone skipping the stairs.

Outside is where Sea Dweller really leans into the 30A lifestyle. Two bikes are yours for the week—perfect for cruising to dinner, weaving through Rosemary Beach’s cobblestone streets, or making the short ride to Alys Beach for ice cream and people-watching. Guests also have access to a communal pool, adding another easy way to cool off between beach trips. The Donut Hole is a two-minute roll away for breakfast, and 30Avenue’s restaurants, boutiques, and yoga studio are practically next door.

When it’s beach time, Inlet Beach is the move—wide, open sand with parking, restrooms, showers, and ramp access with no stairs. Multiple public access points sit about two blocks from the home, or you can drive down Pinewood Lane to Orange Street, cross over 98, and be right by the sand. The hardest decision of the day might be whether to stay put on the rooftop or chase the sunset down the shoreline.

BEACH ACCESS: Inlet Beach is one of 30A’s best beaches, with space to spread out plus convenient amenities like parking, bathrooms, and showers. It also offers easy ramp access with no stairs to climb. Multiple access points are about two blocks from the home, or you can drive down Pinewood Lane, turn onto Orange Street, cross over 98, and head straight for the sand.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

    The house is beautiful, in a great location, and the bikes and golf cart made it really nice to get around. The following are a few glitches we experienced, which I’m sure are easily fixed. The master bath shower appeared to not have been cleaned, and the bike code written on the chalk board was incorrect when we arrived, so that caused a little delay. There was also a little confusion on whether there was a community pool in addition to the private pool on the property (there is not). The back door alarm went off every time we opened the door until we figured out how to disconnect. Pool can be heated but comes at a hefty/day fee which is not provided in the property listing. Overall, we had wonderful time, enjoyed our stay, and would definitetly recommend.

    Had my entire family here for my dad's retirement and the house was absolutely perfect. Plenty of room for a large family. Hollie helped me with every detail. I was just going to hang some balloons but then she gave me a few ideas and it turned into a huge occasion!! lol We even hired a chef something I never even considered. Thank you for the most amazing stay and for caring about making it memorable for our family. We wanted to celebrate my dad and we had the best celebration ever!

    House was beautiful and laid out perfectly. Loved the single story. Back yard was a great retreat. Beach was a quick golf cart ride down the road. Beach was never overly crowded we had plenty of space. the hosts at 30a beach girls were kind and communicated great. Loved the bonfire, bikes and golf cart.

    Ecstatic about our 30A Retreat, my family can't believe we found this house!! Our stay at the 30A Beach Girls' house exceeded all expectations! The reality matched the allure of the photos precisely. Each bedroom was thoughtfully arranged, providing everyone with their own cozy sanctuary. The outdoor space was meticulously designed, offering seating on the porch and by the pool, perfect for both lively conversations and peaceful moments with a cup of coffee or a glass of wine or two. We cherished every moment spent unwinding in the serene surroundings. The convenience of the golf cart made trips to the beach and Seaside a breeze, eliminating the hassle of parking. We found the house well-equipped with linens and essentials, ensuring a comfortable stay throughout. However, the highlight of our experience was undoubtedly the bonfire night! It was an absolute blast, and the fact that it took place right on the beach, just a stone's throw away from the house, added an extra layer of magic to the evening. Joy and Hollie were exceptional hosts, always on hand to address any questions promptly. Without a doubt, we would eagerly return to this property for another unforgettable getaway!

    This home and manager check all the boxes! Forget my input just book it. Pool that entertains everyone, moms soaked in the hot tub at night in peace with wine. Kids played in it during the day. Total privacy! One floor no stairs! No baby gates. So much space. Everyone spread out. It is so beautiful! Decorated incredible. Seriously close to the beach and like this access is so easy and not crowded! 30a beach girls!!! OMG if you have never stayed with them you need to. Groceries picked up and put away. Bonfire included that was hours of fun. There are lots of bikes and a golf cart to take to seaside and grayton, you can't do 30a without Aj's. This home is our favorite and we can';t wait for round two in October.

    We absolutely loved this stunning house! With more than enough room for our lively family of 11, every amenity we could think of was right at our fingertips. The overall vibe was just perfect – cozy, cute, and elegantly charming. The hosts at 30a beach girls were incredibly attentive to all our questions and even helped us celebrate our special occasion. In all my years of travel I have never experienced a company like this. They go above and beyond! Groceries, decorations, a bonfire. It's something you have to experience! Leaving was the last thing we wanted to do. Five stars all the way! ???

    Family plans had to change and we didn't get to make this trip. 30a beach girls was able to consign our trip to another traveler and we recouped part of our money. This would have been our 3rd stay with them. Communication is top notch and we have always enjoyed our stays. We are n ow booked for 2024 can't wait. Sorry we missed this trip but appreciate the service.

    Perfect for family trip! The house was very comfortable, lots of bedrooms and bathrooms, and ample space to hang out. The outdoor area is beautiful. The house is perfectly appointed. The hosts at 30a Beachy Girls was very helpful and full of ideas. It rained during our stay and they had great activities they referred. A great home for a 30a vacation.     From the moment we arrived, toured the home & were greeted with a wonderful welcome gift, we knew we were going to have a great vacation! The beautiful house was fully equipped for comfort and fun, inside and out... great pool/hot tub, golf cart, bikes and more! It was perfect for our family & guests. Hollie and Daisy thought of everything and when we had a question/request for them, they responded and helped quickly. I wanted to do something exciting for my sons birthday and something we never did before. Hollie was just the person for the job! She reserved us on an airboat for an evening alligator tour! Had no idea this was even possible. We seen lots of them. It was so much fun! After coming to the 30a area for many years, we can't wait to return and stay here again that's a first for us. This home and this company are incredible.

    The stay at this house was priceless!! From the beauty of the insanely clean home to the customer service provided by the property managers everything was 5 star! Book don't think twice about booking this home!! This place is incredible & so are the managers!! Thank you for the most memorable vacation my family and I have ever been on!! The free bonfire was so much fun!!
