Gorgeous beach house with tons of natural light; we went during a rare winter storm and the house was just so comfy and airy-it was like the outside beach was inside with us. Perfect location to walkable stores, restaurants, and of course the beach!

This was our second time at this property. The first time was exactly 1 year previous to this current stay. The floorplan is excellent and the location for beach time cannot be improved. We did notice some decline in the condition of the property. Water pressure at times was very poor, one of the bathrooms had a broken stopper, one of the tubs could not maintain the shower position, there was a drip stain down one upper stairwell, and going barefoot in the house gave everyone dirty feet. Assumed supplies like additional trash bags were missing. Overall, the positives are better than the small inconveniences.

House was great but management failed to inform me the elevator was broken. This was a huge reason we got the house because my elderly MIL. It was a challenge all week with her. All I got was an apology back and nothing else. Unprofessional.

The house was amazing for a girls trip! It was the perfect amount of space and we loved that every room had its own bathroom! It was great for a trip of 12 girls! It was clean and just as it appears on the listing. It’s maybe a 2 minute walk to the beach from the front door, super super close and a great location! We had the best time and a big part of it was this amazing house!

This house is the perfect property for a large family to gather together

Great stay in this spacious vacation property! Made some great family memories in this multi floor property. Spacious kitchen, two dishwashers, walk in pantry met all of our needs. Dining table for 12 and bar stools surrounding the U shaped kitchen island. We only wish it hadn't rained so much so we could have had more time on the beach that was steps away! We hope to return !

The table seated our whole family-7 adults, 5 kids plus a one-year old. Walking distance to the beach. Enjoyed park at Tybee and seeing the lighthouse. The 6 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms made our stay very comfortable. If you have a large family we highly recommend this house.

Our family has been renting vacation homes at Thanksgiving for over 30 years. This house was the most poorly equipped and run down of any we stayed at. I don’t know who the owner is but they should know that the management company did not keep up the property. The enclosed list of issues encountered during our stay should have been addressed before we arrived. Thanksgiving is a special time for our family to gather from around the country. The conditions with the house cut into the enjoyment of our family get together. A malfunctioning TV when we usually watch football on Thanksgiving should be addressed by an owner before guests arrive. When I called the management company to report our concerns the person who answered the phone just blew me off. Fire these incompetents. See the list below: 1 no batteries in remotes for TV 2 Pixels burnt out forming large black patch on TV screen in living room 3 Comforter in master bedroom had large hole with stuffing coming out 4. One bath towel per guest - no extras. 5. Only 6 hand towels for 12 guests. 6. No face clothes. 7. Only 2 kitchen towels for Thanksgiving weekend and 12 people. 8. No laundry detergent or dryer sheets for washing machine. 9. No lamps in living room. Only un-dimmable bright LED lights in ceiling. 10. No sharp knife for carving turkey. 11. No chairs in bedrooms. 12. Cheap paper towels and toilet paper 13. No tissues. 14. Windows were dirty, some had mold

This home is insane! We hope it is available every time we wish to visit this part of paradise! It could not have been more than petfect! We litetally want to live there full-time! Beautiful home! Wonderful location. Perfect hosts!

Location of property was very close to the beach access boardwalk. Property description was accurate and interior was well appointed with multiple sitting areas and fully equipment kitchen. Great property for large families who desire private bathrooms for each bedroom.

The house is very clean and huge and had more than enough space for 10 of us. Everyone loved having their own bathroom with their bedroom. 3 separate living spaces was great for the kids to have fun apart from the adults. the rooftop deck provided awesome star gazing and a fun place to watch the labor day drone show. Management was super responsive with any questions. Would suggest providing some hand soaps in the bathrooms and a few kitchen towels.

Great location removed but still close to busy shopping/bar areas north and south with easy access to the beach. small grocery store a short 1.5 block walk for supplies. Attentive staff who jumped on an elevator issue as soon as we called.
