Rooftop Deck & Hot Tub: Mexico Beach Home!

We had a wonderful stay! The house was even better than expected. It was beautiful and so well stocked! The owners/property management were very communicative and helpful. We can’t wait to return!

Great house, great location! So well-equipped from beach chairs, outdoor cookers, to a well-equipped kitchen.... literally we will be back and not over-pack! The space is perfect for a large family, and we loved our stay!Thanks for all you did to make our vacation perfect!

House had everything we needed and then some! Great vacation spot with our friends. Even closer to the beach than pictures and Google satellite make it look. Will be keeping towards the top of our list for future trips!

This house is exceptional! Checks all the boxes. The walk to the beach is very easy. There are several large spaces to hang out after a day on the beach. The house is stocked with every amenity you can think of, ice maker, beach chairs, beach towels, a variety of coolers, baby gates, handicap potty chair, kids toys, every kitchen amenity, etc…if you need it, this house already has it! The beds were all very comfortable with extra blankets in every room. I can’t say enough about this house! 10/10

“Sunset Shores” was perfect for our family vacation! It is so close to the beautiful white sand beach and we all loved the pool! The beach towels were wonderful to have and the kitchen was a dream. We can’t wait to come back!

Our family of 14 stayed in this house over the 4th of July Week this year (2025). It was truly fantastic! Not only was the house fully equipped, the contact given to us was very responsive to our questions before we went and while we were there. The views from the decks were awesome. There was lots of pool toys as well as games in the house. It was a very child friendly place. The amenities were the best we have ever had in any of our rentals.

We had the best week at this beautiful home! The walk to the beach is just 1 house back-4 small kids walked it multiple times a day. The home is on a nice quiet street. The whole city and beach was quiet and not busy at all. We had plenty of room to set up on the beach. The rooftop hot tub is amazing. The pool and yard is wonderful too. There is an elevator for bringing things up. We have never stayed in a rental property more stocked. Everything you need is there- pack n plays, fans, beach chairs, beach toys, beach wagon, pool toys/floats, yard games, cooking pans/utensils, wine glasses, beach towels, games for kids and adults. Check with management company or owner before packing if any questions. We really only needed clothes. We have already booked for next year! We rented bikes that were delivered and picked up. A grocery store is 5 minutes away. Bigger stores are 20 minutes away- perfect location.

The house was great. VERY well equipped. Clean, close to beach, elevator, very accommodating owners.

We had a fantastic time at this home and in Mexico Beach! We had a group of 14 with ages ranging from 89-20. The house is wonderful. It has everything you need for an awesome stay. The living area is roomy and the kitchen is fully stocked for cooking. Rooms are comfortable and beautifully decorated with ocean views. Pool was perfect temperature to enjoy in December. Sunsets from the rooftop jacuzzi and fire pit cannot be beat! Short walk to the beach. We love MB and we plan to book here again soon!

The reviews were spot on. The house is beautiful. The kitchen is fully stocked with white and beached themed dinnerware. We had everything we needed to prepare our meals. The dining table was the perfect size for all of our family to dine together. The pool side dining area was also great for dinner and evening fire pit and smores. Most nights ended with a night swim and then hot tub on the roof top. All of the deck views were beautiful.The walk to the beach was very short and the house is stocked with any chair you would want for the beach. No need to bring pool toys or floats or beach toys- they have them. Make sure you walk to the beach for sunset.

We had the most fabulous week in Mexico Beach. The house is unbelievable. We have stayed at many rental properties over the years, and this was the most well stocked kitchen and house we've ever stayed in. I can't get over the number of beach chairs and beach towels. Truly game changing! We enjoyed the fire pits both on the room and out by the pool. We broke out the bocce set and the ladder golf set provided. There was plenty of space for everyone to have their own space and we even ended up with an extra bedroom. Thank you ladies for the wonderful house! We had the best time and we all agreed it was a real gem and we would certainly love to book again in the future. I would recommend doing a Publix grocery pickup order when driving through Lynn Haven. The Piggly Wiggly in Port St. Joe might not have everything you're looking for. But certainly not a deal breaker for us! Also-the kids loved all the games. I have never seen a house so stocked! The kids loved them.

I was so pleased with our rental. The home was stunning and it's the first rental I've ever stayed in where I didn't have to buy something that should've been there. We did not want for one thing while there. It's roomy yet private, the pool is perfect, the rooftop is phenomenal with a hot tub, fire pit, and rooftop views of the beautiful beach. I really do want to emphasize how well stocked this house is. We didn't unload more than half what we brought. There are coolers, beach towels, umbrellas, beach chairs, games, books, kids toys, adult and children's games, bathrooms fully stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion, and the kitchen has everything from a baby bottle to large event drink dispensers, to crab claw cracker tools. There were even spices in the cabinets. If we had any questions or concerns, they were attended to immediately. I would definately stay again.

We've stayed in beach houses for 30 years every summer. This one was the best equipped for families young and old! Everything for pool and beach, babies and handicapped, ice on every floor, private apartment or bunk room for piling in on each other and everything between. We cooked and ate in the entire week, enjoyed the relaxation and visiting around the table with cousins and friends. The kitchen was super well stocked. Fresh seafood was close and easy to find. Every bed was comfortable and everything needed for a great day at the beach or pool was provided. Bring your own sunscreen and you're set! The hot tub ended every night with a beautiful moon. Great memories were made.

This house was perfect for our family vacation. It was well equipped with everything you can think of that you might need for your beach vacation. You can leave all your beach towels, pool floats and coolers at home, as this house had a plethora of supplies.The host were spot on in responding to any questions that arose throughout the week. Very attentive and almost immediate response time. We will most definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay at this beach home. It had every thing we could need or want during our stay…every detail of this home was so intentionally planned out to make it a relaxing and carefree stay. It was really nice that all of the beach gear, beach towels, and pool toys were provided. Also, having a fully stocked kitchen made cooking easy and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this home and wish I could give it more than 5 stars!! I also wanted to add that there was a few times we needed to communicate to the host and she was extremely helpful and responsive to all of our needs and questions!! We look forward to future stays at this property!!!
