The host was very kind and responsive. The house was perfect for our needs. We had meals at the house and there was more than enough kitchen and dining supplies. The house has a large yard and it’s very quiet in a very pretty neighborhood. We felt very safe and we would stay there again!

While the location is very convenient to the places we go in Rome, we feel the neighborhood is also very safe. The home is clean and comfortable with everything we need plus more. Also, the host has alwasy welcomed and answered any quesitons we have had. We plan to stay again.

I’ve been using VRBO for over 20 years. This was the best represented property and the best host.An added bonus was the deer in the backyard. My grandsons loved watching them.

Wonderful stay a home away from home atmosphere quiet beautiful neighborhood and home. Relaxing to watch the deer in the yards. Owner very respectful and responsive.

We have found a perfect fit for my family. This place is tucked away in a very quiet neighborhood where even the deer find it safe to visit with their young. The property is beautiful, clean and well maintained. We are a family that cooks together, eats meals together and vacations for a least a week. This home is equipped with everything we needed - a laundry room, a full kitchen for us home chefs, three eating areas and a very large family room. It was too hot outside so we never used the courtyard. Ronnie was a great host and quick to respond to any questions or requests - we appreciated that! We have family in Rome and have been searching for a place that meets our standards - we have finally found our Family Rome vacation home.

Peaceful setting with views of deer all around. Very comfortable accommodations. Host was a great communicator. Pictures don’t do it justice. It is a very spacious home. Would book again.

Such a beautiful home and location with a great host. The house was very clean, beautifully decorated and provided everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable and the host was so accommodating. The neighborhood was stunning. We will gladly stay here again if we are in the area.

The only negative about this stay is that I didn't discover this house sooner! We've stayed in hundreds of VRBOs over the years all over the country and this was our absolute favorite. Everything was even better than described. The house was gorgeous, so clean and in perfect shape. The pictures don't even do it justice. Loved all of it!

In town for a tennis tournament at Rome Tennis Center. The house and grounds are lovely, comfortable, quiet yet close to Broad St, grocery stores, and Berry College. The owner is readily available and responsible as needed.

Ronnie is a true southern gentleman and was very accommodating of all of our needs! His house is beautiful, well appointed, and sits in a country setting just minutes away from downtown Rome. I would high recommend this VRBO property.

My husband and I stayed for a long weekend with my parents and children. The house was very clean and the owner, Ronnie, let us know all important information during check-in. The house was also big enough that everyone had their own space and my kids playing didn’t disturb my parents. The house is in a quiet neighborhood and we saw several deer in the yard during our stay.
