Welcome to our charming and spacious home located in beautiful Blaine, WA!

Our cozy abode is the perfect place to relax and unwind during your next vacation. Featuring two bedrooms and two bathrooms, our home comfortably accommodates up to six guests. The master bedroom boasts a plush king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom, while the other two beds offer comfortable queen-size beds. All bedrooms are tastefully decorated and include plenty of storage space for your belongings.

Enjoy breathtaking sunsets over the sound while looking out to Canada and Semiahmoo Bay from this stunning two-story home. With unobstructed views of your private beach and the sea from every level, you'll never miss a moment of the natural beauty surrounding you.

Our open-concept living area is the perfect place to gather with family and friends. Whether you're relaxing on the plush couches in front of the fireplace or cooking up a storm in the fully-equipped kitchen, you'll feel right at home. The dining area seats six, making it ideal for family dinners or game nights.

Step outside and enjoy the fresh air on our spacious patio. Surrounded by lush greenery, it's the perfect place to sip your morning coffee or enjoy a glass of wine in the evening. Take a stroll around the beautiful neighborhood and soak up the stunning views of the nearby mountains and ocean.

Located just a short drive from downtown Blaine, our home is ideally situated for exploring all that the area has to offer. Whether you're looking to hike, bike, or hit the beach, you'll find plenty of activities to keep you busy. And with easy access to the Canadian border, a day trip to Vancouver is always a possibility.

Please note that some stairs are required to access the property, but the breathtaking views and serene surroundings are well worth the effort. We look forward to hosting you at our beautiful Semiahmoo Seaside Condo!

    Fantastic location, great communication, and equipped with a lot of beach toys, board games, and books! Nice to have 2 bathrooms upstairs! We stayed in the summer, which made having no A/C a challenge (but opening windows gave a decent cross-breeze). Great access to the beach and very walkable to the Semiahmoo pier!

    Loved the setting and the views, including the balconies. We came in early November and lucked out with sun/no rain. Great walks on the beach and around the area. Well furnished, complete kitchen. Maybe a little frayed around the edges in places but better than many other places we've stayed at. Good communication from the property manager. The only real negative was the cleaning. There were mascara marks facing out on one of the towels, impossible to miss. One of the toilets had not been flushed. And other smaller issues. Notes for future guests: -Outer gate entry code has the hashtag at the beginning, not the end (we are used to seeing it at the end of a number sequence). -Front door lock: to open, enter the code, press the lit button on the top, then quickly rotate the main lock handle to the left several turns. And vice versa to lock the door. We were not rotating it fast enough and far enough at first. -Main bedroom bed is roughly 16 inches off the ground. If you have a bad back, its not fun. (Bed itself is comfortable and bedding is warm). -There is little to no space to put your belongings. And the closets are already full.

    Overall it was a great place right on the water with a fabulous view. The four of us (my husband and I with our daughter & son-in-law) were very comfortable - plenty of bedroom & bathroom space, a pretty well-equipped kitchen, and a nice living room with a deck overlooking the beach. Two suggestions to the management - change to fragrance-free laundry detergent on the linens & towels and make sure to provide the up-to-date gate code to gain entry into the development. Other than that, we had a wonderful time!
