Romantic studio suite with a jetted tub & old-world comfort

Great place, close to town! Will be back again for sure.

The place was nice. But I was hoping to walk to Main Street but there are no sidewalks all the way.

The home was very clean and spacious enough for all guests to reaim comfortable. The game room was very nice and inviting. Loved seeing the peaceful water behind the house.

It was a big beautiful VERY clean home.

The house was okay. But there were some issues which need to be addressed for future guests: There was no complementary dish soap. You either bring your own or buy a small box of homelife necessities, of which dish soap was one. There was no covered parking as was advertised. Check out indtructions were not posted in the house. We received them the night before checkout. Chevkout was at 10am. That is a bit early. Consider 11am. There was only one washcloth in the place! That information should be given at time of booking so i could have brought some with me. We were watching TV and SEVERAL times the channel changed. Apparently the owner lives nearby his actions make this happen -' through his phone. The owner also controls the thermostat. This means when we get up in the morning and go downstairs, it is 65. We had put the thermostat on 71. Yet the upstairs was 73 at night -- too warm. Lastly when the bed was stripped the morning we left, an Asian Lady Beetle was in the sheets. These bugs bite. There was also one in the kitchen. A couple of the pillows were gross.

We enjoyed our stay overall and found the home to be comfortable and mostly clean. The property being waterfront was a big plus, and we enjoyed the pool (although it is not heated).There was also a nice variety of games to choose from, which was great for family time. The layout worked well for our family, and we had a nice time.That said, there were several Asian lady beetles in the master bedroom, including near the balcony doors and inside the ceiling fan light dome. We ended up spending about 30–40 minutes collecting quite a few of them in a cup before bed because we didn’t want them flying around while we slept. It was an unexpected inconvenience. There were also a few areas that could use more detailed dusting (door frames, corners, decorative items, and ceiling fans).Management responded promptly to our messages, which we appreciated. However, we did expect a bit more acknowledgment or apology for the inconvenience, as the responses felt somewhat procedural rather than personal. One important note,the Vrbo listing mentioned a fire pit, which was one of the reasons we booked. We were looking forward to enjoying the fire pit by the pool and making s’mores with the kids. However, their Vacasa listing states that no fires or fire pits are allowed on the property. That inconsistency was disappointing.Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but a bit more attention to detail, clearer listing information, and a more guest-centered response would have made it a five-star experience.

Nice layout, large home for our party of 6 adults/ 3 children. Pool and inside home were clean, except for tons of cobwebs. Canal mossy and murky, would not suggest swimming there. Neighbors close. Overall had a fun time. 1. AC worked great in house, some guests got cold and no extra blankets provided. Plenty of extra pillows though.2. Prior to guest arrival, would be nice if spider webs on porch and in home were disposed of.3. Plenty of bath and guest towels, but only one washcloth provided.4. No TV’s in bedrooms except for one TV in bunk bed area.5. Pots to cook in were worn, old and Teflon scrached. Need new cookware.6. Paint on walls were chipped, scratched throughout the home. Repainting highly suggested, would really freshen up the home.7. Upon arrival the AC in the game room was not on. We figured out how to turn it on, but would’ve been nice to have an instruction guide.8. Paddle ball paddles were old and rubber torn on most, need replacing.9. Would be nice to have a mini fridge in game room.10. Nice clean pool.

Close to Main Street

We all absolutely adored this place!! It was so much fun and it’s huge!

Our stay in the cottage did not go as planned. Upon arrival, we still have not received our email with the code to enter the door. We had to call them as we were standing outside the door to get in. One of the reasons we booked this cottage was because it included breakfast both mornings of our two nights stay. However, there were no instructions on how to receive the breakfast. The laminated card in the room that said call the local person Dawn for any assistance. However, when we called Dawn, she informed us that she quit working for the company in April. Our stay was the third weekend of July.There is a jetted bathtub, but there is no shower. There is a handheld shower wand, but the directions on how to use the tub lead you to believe it is a small hot water heater and a shower with the wand is not an option.The window AC unit is terribly loud. There was only one washcloth for two adults. There was no ironing board so we had to iron on a towel on the floor. The sheets were not crisp white but very dingy in color.

We were disappointed with the unit

Decided to book a quick getaway, and this house did not disappoint!! I plan to save it for hopefully future use! We had a relaxing lazy few days here swimming and enjoying the game room!! Loved watching movies on the big screen! Only thing I can complain about is how sore my legs are from all of the stairs so just a complaint of me being out of shape Excellent rental!!

The Tree House was great stay for my wife and I. Everything was perfect except for the movie projector but Vacasa was very helpful and issued us a 25$ per night refund for the issue. Vacasa was quick to answer the phone and was very helpful through the entirety of the stay. Would definitely recommend the tree house and other Vacasa homes!

Loved the property! Very clean! Plenty of room. If you plan to cook a lot, bring some more pots and pans. We did not cook a lot. It is close to the main road so you do hear traffic, but that didn’t bother us so much. The photos make it look like you’re away from other houses, but there are houses on either side close by. That did not bother us. We really enjoyed our stay!

Overall nice place. Lots of stairs! The worst we can say is there are some squeaky doors so that's pretty darn good!

This place was amazing. It is very clean and the boys had a blast on the paddle boats. The game room is amazing. Will rent again.

We had one night out and loved all of it. The place is clearly marked and easy to find, it’s small but huge at the same time the space is beautiful. Close enough to walk everywhere, if you have comfy shoes!

Perfect location and the bed was very comfortable.

Loved how central it was to everything, the character of the space, the privacy, extremely well kept and clean. Would definitely rent from again.

On the positive. Very Clean Beautiful Property Amenities and accommodations afforded us a great time. On the Negative Communication with host was curt and not great. other Location is good, not ideal
