Romantic, Private Jewel - 3 blocks from Downtown St.Helena in the Napa Valley

This is our second time visiting this beautiful home. It is a gorgeous property with a large manicured backyard that offers peace & calm. At night the yard is framed in soft lights which was gorgeous. Also, added since our last visit at the end of the yard, a large gazebo with comfortable seating & tables for another great seating area. The home itself is bright & airy & decorated with Julie’s treasures from her travels. The fireplace in the living room is an added bonus for warmth & ambiance. We loved the ease to walk to local restaurants, Farmstead,Pizzeria Tra Vigne around the corner & then up Main Street to Cook , Market & Ray Ray’s tacos. And of course a few wine tasting rooms. The location is ideal. Julie was quick & so easy to communicate with to answer a question or two. We are already booked for next year & can’t wait to return! Thank you Julie for another wonderful stay in your special home away from home!

As an artist, I'm always looking for properties that offer the ability to reconnect with nature and offer a peaceful respite to the hustle and bustle of everyday. This home was it! I was able to relax and rejuvenate in the comfort of this well-appointed home with a lovely, serene backyard. I spent every morning and every evening outside. The golden hours are perfect here. I was able to complete an artwork here -- my washi tape artwork - red wine goblet. It was just what this artist needed. Thank you!

We loved our 6 week stay at this home. The location allowed us to walk to all our dinners and the grocery store during our entire trip. The backyard was fantastic and allowed us to enjoy the beautiful weather with all the multiple sitting areas. We really enjoyed going to sunshine grocery and cooking in the kitchen with the professional range. Our host was very gracious and kind and checked in multiple times to ensure everything was going well and we were enjoying our stay. Highly recommend.

We absolutely loved our stay at this property. The host provided all of the kitchen essentials and much more. House was well stocked and decorated in a very personal and authentic way. The location is truly exceptional and convenient to so many great restaurants and shopping in the great town of St Helena. The back yard is huge and beautifully landscaped. A terrific property!

What a terrific 2 weeks perfectly located in St. Helena!With the fickle February weather, we were thankful for the cozy, warm, and bright cottage—especially the fireplace! Unfortunately, we didn't get to enjoy the amazing outdoor setting. Would certainly return! Thank you!

Our 3/12 week stay in January was a perfect blend of beauty comfort & tranquility! The beautifully decorated home with antiques was bright,open & felt like a warm hug. The kitchen was large & functioned well. The bedrooms comfortable with pretty bedding & furniture. The master with lovely views of the expansive & serene backyard with access through french doors was ideal. The living room fireplace felt old world & such a warm pretty touch to the home. We absolutely loved walking in the neighborhood, quiet & quaint & close to St Helena shopping, restaurants & wine tasting rooms! Exploring Calistoga's restaurants & wineries a bonus also. We were always so happy to return to our haven here!Thank you Julie for a fabulous stay! We are looking forward to our return next year & appreciate all you did to make us feel so welcome.

Adorable home with a wonderful back garden. Host was very responsive and there were no issues. Location can't be beat. Only thing I would suggest would be to have fewer accessories, more drawers and kitchen cabinets available so renters have more space for their items but regardless the place is wonderful! We can't wait to go back!

We stayed here for 9 days in September 2024. Everything about this place is as advertised and then some! I cannot say enough about the backyard. It is beautiful and serene. The location of the house is perfect. The host made the process easy. Highly recommend:)

We very much enjoyed our stay at Julie’s house! The house is beautifully decorated and the art throughout is absolutely amazing. The backyard is an oasis! Each area having its own vibe or section with art and decorations, flowers are amazing. The house is in a perfect location. You can walk to downtown St Helena - shops, restaurants, tasting rooms all close by. We also enjoyed how close all the wonderful hiking options are. Julie gives so many details and really takes pride in her beautiful home. She was quite helpful and responsive, fabulous host!

This property is wonderful. It’s comfortable, well stocked and has the most amazing backyard. Its location is walking distance to the heart of St Helena and a short car ride to all of Napa. Julie is caring, nice and super easy to work with. I highly recommend this perfect home. We had so much fun.
