Wonderful stay. Lots for kids and adults alike. On the river in a quiet spot, house is clean with comfy beds.

Our family loved staying here. The house was clean and cozy, with great amenities. My husband enjoyed using the hot tub every morning. The owner was very responsive. We look forward to staying here again.

Everything was very much as expected and hoped for. Excellent communication -- very much appreciated!

This was a very cute house in a great location for our Hellgate Jet Boat trip. The house had great amenities and was very well kept...convention to Downtown Grass Pass. Can't wait to stay here again on our next visit.

The home was beautiful, clean and exactly as described in the description including the location right on the rogue river where my husband actually caught some trout during our stay! Charity was quick to reply to any questions we had and was very accommodating. We were traveling as a family of 5 adults and the only thing I could offer that might be helpful would be to have more options to hang/store clothes in the 2 smaller bedrooms. We will definitely be staying there again when we go back to visit our daughter who lives locally! Thank you again

This was the perfect stay for my family from the location to all the games to keep the grandkids busy and we even saw deers on the property which was an added bonus. Loved the nice, quiet peaceful neighborhood and the house was as pictured beautiful and clean. Thank you Charity for the perfect stay!

Had a great time playing shuffle board with my 9 year old and playing pool with the whole family. We also really enjoyed the jacuzzi and sitting by the fireplace was very peaceful! The pillows and comforters were so comfortable !

Had a wonderful stay at this quaint, gated home on the river. We enjoyed the hot tub, deck and river views. The game room/workout room was an added bonus.
