The only reason for such a poor review is the smell of the house. It smells STRONGLY of tobacco and possibly mold. There are air purifiers throughout the house but they do not eliminate the issue, just attempt to mask it. The house is otherwise spacious with a good yard, but the smell was a huge factor and impacted our stay.

We were in town for a family wedding, and the house was perfect for our family, friends, and dog. Very spacious and comfortable, and the location was great! Communication with the host was superb!

Great communication, location, and overall experience. My kiddo loved the swing in the backyard. Plenty of space! A nice, quiet neighborhood. The snacks and waters provided were a life saver as well! What kept me at 4 stars instead of 5 was the smell. There were plenty of air purifiers and fragrance plug ins, so it was being addressed, but it smelled like someone had long term smoked in the house previously. It was faint,But bothered us a little. The paint jobs in certain rooms were poor as well. Wall paint on the quarter round and looking like the walls needed another layer of paint. These are nit-picky, and we enjoyed our experience overall! We would stay again.

We enjoyed our stay. There were five of us and we had more than enough space. Only that could have been better is more chairs for outside seating and a grill. Other than that, we would definitely go back. Thank you!

We were able to rent this house for a few months for our corporate needs. Location was close to everything in Rogers and Bentonville and management was easy to work with if needed. Would definitely rent from this group again.

This property is a great location in Rogers. It’s located a few blocks from I-49. The home is very clean. Lots of space in the home. 4 bedrooms, 3 baths. Great space in the home. I will definitely stay here again. Thanks for sharing your property. Very happy ladies!!

This is a beautiful property in a quiet neighborhood. There was more room than we thought there would be. It had everything we needed and more. The beds were comfortable, the living room inviting, and plenty of dishes for meals. Our group very much enjoyed put time here.

Home was exactly as described. It was clean and had plenty of supplies for our stay. The neighborhood was great. Very flat and great for walking. All of the neighbors we met while walking were very friendly. It was in a great location and close to everything in Rogers and very close to Bentonville.

Place was nice, well furnished and clean. Property Management was quick and courteous.

The house was clean and very spacious. The beds were comfortable and the three bathrooms were very handy. The back yard was fenced and had a swing, as well as a covered patio. My only suggestion if you are booking and plan to do a lot of cooking is to bring your own spices. We had 3 adults and 3 kids and we all had plenty of room. The laundry room was in a great location (right off the kitchen and garage) and was easy to use.

We were so comfortable and had an amazing stay here. Our host was incredible! She helped make our stay wonderful and welcoming for our entire family and pets! I highly recommend staying here with your family or friends. Everything was very convenient and accessible.
