The house seemed very clean and had newer appliances and fixtures. Two of the back windows are missing screens. The perfumed plug-ins were incredibly overwhelming and we had to open the windows and air the house out. Usually smells don't bother me but it was very strong. The neighborhood was a bit rougher than I had expected but we didn't have any issues.

Wonderful property! Plenty of room for the whole family in a quiet location. Plenty of activities available - truly a “retreat”. Loved the neighborhood cats! Excellent host with prompt communication. Definitely 5 stars!

The house was as advertised in the listing. Everything was clean and in good working order. We came over Thanksgiving and did not utilize the backyard as the weather was not suited for that, but it had some nice amenities that would be good as part of a stay. Firepit, hammock poles, bike wash. Yard is fenced and would be good for a dog. The kitchen has a good layout, just know that it has very basic cookware and utensils. But we did not have any issues preparing meals and cleanup was easy with the dishwasher.I only have three negative comments, and they are really personal judgement. One, is that the scent used for air freshener was kind of intense. It permeated everything. We could even smell it on our items even after we returned home. The toilet paper provided was very cheap and thin. Probably a reason for this, but felt like a hotel not a house where you are a guest. Lastly, and most important for me personally, was that the beds were VERY firm and not that comfortable to sleep on. Made it difficult to rest and relax, which is my primary goal of a vacation rental. Overall, we had a very nice time as a family in the house. It served our needs, we just wished it was a bit more of a comfortable stay.

This house is located in an older neighborhood on a dead end street. The house itself is has been fixed up…very cute and welcoming. It was super quiet and safe. Dogs welcomed. The layout was perfect for us. The house had everything we needed…even had a basket for the dog…towels and toys. The instructions were very clear. The backyard is a decent size with a fire pit. The garage has a ping pong table and a two goal basketball machine….so fun! I’m glad I didn’t tell my teenage girls about the garage until the next day. They would’ve tried to stay up playing all night. Check in and check out were super easy and Tony was very easy to communicate with.

Odor was a little overwhelming. Too many air fresheners. Carpets need cleaning. Found a dirty wash cloth in the shower. Plenty of space for group and glad to have the 2 1/2 baths.

Host emailed location and check-in code days before actual check in which helped me to plan. Kitchen was large with Keurig Coffee machine and K-cups. Kitchen had bar area with stools and dining table. Great to have variety of bed sizes in each room and 2 full baths with 1 half bath. We didn't stay long enough to use the BBQ or fire pit, but they looked great. Only possible improvement would be to add TV's to the other bedrooms.

Overall, the property was good and correlated with the details online. We did have music playing fairly late in the neighborhood. They kept us awake for a little while. Also, the house smelled like smoke when we walked in, especially the master bathroom.

Was in town for Blues Bikes and BBQ. Location is great . House was clean It was 90 + degrees out air worked great. Had a couple of trailers pulling bikes and a sling shot. Neighbors were most helpful in offering their open space to park in. For small fee. Would stay again.

This home was very clean and uncluttered. They had all of the basics we needed and even had k-cups for a quick cup of coffee in the mornings. Instruction book was comprehensive. It covered all the little things about the property that we needed to know. If we ever come that way again, would book here again.

One of the main rules is no smoking… yet the entire house smelled of cigarette smoke. It seemed as if they flipped a house previously owned by a smoker into a VRBO. The odor didn’t seem to be in the fabrics but in the walls, carpet and woodwork. Air fresheners were used to try and mask the smell but that was then overpowering and irritating to the nose and throat. It was the perfect location for attending a concert at the AMP but overall very disappointing and thankful we were only there a night.
