Roe Summer Cottage, Suite A

Simple clean apartment. Good kitchen. Convenient location. Walk to restaurants, park etc. Short drives to wine region. Host very helpful

Great location for state park and Senaca lake.

Our unit was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the front porch. The kitchen was clean and had plenty of dishes. It was located in a great area - we could walk to many shops and restaurants. The living area was larger than expected. Highly recommended!

Great location, and great house! Our family of 4 really enjoyed the space.

A last-minute trip led us to this great find, which met and exceeded our needs. The location is perfect for walking into town. Note that it sits at a four-way stop, so you'll hear some traffic noise, and it's across from a church with chimes from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m.-not an issue for us but worth noting. The only downside was the well-worn bed, which could use an update, as we struggled to find a comfortable spot.

The rooms were clean, each bedroom was large enough and the whole layput was great. We hope to be back someday!

We had two friends stay with us . Four total. There was plenty of room for all of us . Nice big kitchen and plenty of utensils, dinnerware and pots and pans. Made breakfast all three days . Nice refrigerator and dish washer also . Plenty of towels in bathrooms. All in all a great experience except for two small things. The second floor tenants were very loud with their foot traffic. At times sounding like they were jumping up and down and running from room to room. Secondly we were huge Pittsburgh Steeler fans and could not get the game on TV. We will stay again. Thank you the Gibsons

Roe Cottage is in a quiet neighborhood and a quick walk to many attractions in the village.

This was one of the most spacious and comfortable VRBOs we’ve stayed in. It was spotlessly clean and the host was incredibly responsive and helpful. We would absolutely stay again! There’s an A/c unit in the main living area and a window unit in one of the bedrooms. There are also tons of fans in the closet, making it just right for a summer stay.

Row Cottage has all the basics in the most convenient location for a Watkins Glen visit. Check in was a breeze and communication was too.

Great time again, we will be returning again next year, our needs were always met.

Conveniently located to food and Watkins glen attractions. Church bells ringing at early morning hours were a surprise as was the noise from the vacationers on the second floor.

We could walk to Watkins Glen state park In 5 minutes! Interior was very nice lots of space, very clean.
