Absolutely fabulous. Clean home, great Keurig, fluffy thick towels, comfy bed and linens. Just like home for a week. And loved the air con and ceiling fans, it was really hot! Easy access to freeway, and a short walk to Park trails and beach. My first pick if we visit again.

This could be a beautiful property but it is in desperate need of repairs and updating. We were welcomed by a driveway so steep my SUV bottomed out and again by very rickety, crooked stairs leading to the front door. While I'm sure the gazebo would be great to relax in the only way to access it is by climbing a very steep hill in the front yard. Inside, the spaces were in need of repair. The primary bathroom had tiles missing from the vanity, towel hooks on the back of the door were barely hanging from their screws and the hand towel ring kept falling off the wall. With a little love this home could be wonderful.

Overall the home was great and a central location between Coeur d'Alene and Spokane. Outdoor grill needed to be cleaned better but the rest of the home was very well maintained.

The home was very well-kept, exactly what we were expecting, and perfect for our brief stop in northern Idaho! It's in a quiet neighborhood close to a nice park with a great trail area to explore. I felt like I could reach anyone if I needed to, but I never needed to! We really enjoyed our stay there!

Perfect house for our little family vacation! They thought of everything, the pack n play was very helpful for our 2 year old. The house fit our family of 4 plus my parents very comfortably.

We were visiting the area for a marathon in Couer D’Alene. This house was the perfect location - quiet neighborhood w/beautiful hiking and rock climbing within walking distance. It was an easy 15-ish min. drive to Couer D’Alene each day. The house was immaculate and it had everything we could have needed. The house is spacious and the kitchen is well equipped. Beds are comfortable. So many unexpected small details (like ponytail holders & bath salts in the bathroom). The owners were easy to communicate with. It was a pleasure staying here! Our family hopes to be back soon!!
