It`s a classic Aussie beach house combining an arty touch of retro surf shack ambience with all the modern comforts and conveniences. Limited parking in Avoca Drive only. There is a granny flat at the rear of the property with access from Ascot Ave.

Stayed Jul 9, 2020This place was lovely for our family of four. The house was comfortable and very well appointed. We enjoyed relaxing in the house with books and board games. It was a very easy walk to the beach. The view was great and the outside deck is a lovely place to be.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We stayed here in late March for my sisters birthday and had our toddler with our group. This home was just perfect for a weekend away. It has a lovely feel to it and everything you need. Waking up and breakfasting on the deck on Sunday morning with all the wildlife was just amazing, especially to the 2 year old who misses it in Sydney. The only downside was accessing the third bedroom from outside rather than internal access. But this would be perfect for teenagers.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969This house was perfect for our week long holiday. There were two of us and then six teenage boys joined us for the weekend. The walk to the beach was an easy 300m through a park right opposite the house. The facilities were great, with comfy beds and well-appointed kitchen, and the downstairs bedroom and bathroom are perfect for teenagers. It is a very peaceful location, which we prefer on weekends when the crowds and noise increase closer to the beach/restaurants. The Lorikeets and kookaburras popped in to say hello each day which was lovely. Great for one or two families or three couples.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Great simple Aussie beach house on one of the nicest beaches on the Central Coast but with all the basic conveniences for cooking, washing, watching tv, etc. Plenty of colourful birds visiting the house. Beach has a protected paddling area for kids and rockpools to explore. Nice coffee shops, etc. Very relaxing break. No hassles with agent or owner. Better to park at top of drive, as it is a little steep.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We had a great stay at Rockpool Cottages, great location with a beautiful view. Very tranquil setting and comfortable. Really nice vibe through the whole place.
