Stayed Nov 26, 2021Our beachside weekend turned a little damp with the rain and cold Despite this the place was awesome location and close to surf club and restaurant for dinner… so easy quick stroll in the rain Will be back and hoping for sunshine next time

Stayed Oct 9, 2020Just what we needed. Great little property located at the flags on Avoca Beach. Perfect for a family with older kids. Kids could play on beach and be seen from lounge room / kitchen. Loved it.
