Rockin' West Nashville Retreat - 5 miles from downtown!

This property was very nice and clean. The owners were polite and ensured our comfort. All the basic needs are provided and grocery stores and restaurants are very close. Overall great place, 10/10 recommended and would book again!

We had a great stay at this property. The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. Check-in was simple and well communicated, and the host was responsive and easy to work with throughout the stay.The location was convenient for everything we planned to do, with nearby restaurants, attractions, and easy access to transportation. The neighborhood felt safe and quiet, which made it easy to relax after long days out.Inside, the space was well maintained and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including a well-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, and reliable Wi-Fi. House was exactly as represented. Very comfortable. Convenient to everything we wanted to do. It was perfect for our stay. The driveway was no problem for us. Communication with host was excellent. We would definitely stay here again.

Found moldy dishes and food in the oven And an old used band aid behind the door of the front bathroom

It could have been cleaner and stocked a little better. 1 kitchen towel wasn’t enough and there were no tissues in the house. Side tables with lamps would’ve been nice in the living room. The deck, however, was great and the beds were comfortable. We had a great stay overall.

Good location, near but not in town!

This was a great place away from the crowds in which to just chill after days filled with lots of walking, people, and noise. We appreciated the availability of the host and all the little niceties around the house.

We had a great stay. We felt very much at home. Clean home with lots of room. We had 6 women in our group so having the 3 bathrooms was great. Great host! Two nice grocery stores close by, close to a few neighboothood restaurants and 15 minutes from downtown Nashville. Recommend staying at this property.

The house was clean and decorated so cute! Our family of 7 was comfortable and enjoyed our stay! We will definitely stay here again.The owner is quick to respond to any question I had. I highly recommend this rental!

We reserved this house for my family while my wife attended professional conference nearby. The who region was impacted by a severe winter storm so we were unable to travel there due to extended power outages. James offered a refund and was helpful in that process.

The view from the front porch was amazing. I really enjoyed the deck in the backyard. Overall, I have a great time staying in your home, and I would love to stay there again.

The house was very clean and comfortable. It was perfect for the 7 people in our group. The host was very kind, helpful and responsive as well. It was also a bonus that there was laundry included!

The location had easy access to the highway. Close to the wedding venue - Ganesha temple. More than sufficient space for 3 couples and one 3 year old. More than enough parking for two cars. Very clean and comfortable.

James and Caroline were fabulous with communication. They answeres questions timely with good information and professional. Their home was beautiful, very comfortable, clean and close to Belle Meade Plantation Winery for a family members wedding. Thank you James and Caroline. My husband had surgery at Vanderbilt and we need to hang around town for a few days. House was very comfortable and there was a Publix and Target less than 1/2 mile down the road. Close to I40 so gettting around was easy. Would recommend.

Great time

We came as a family to celebrate my daughter’s 21st birthday. I cannot believe she is that old and she had a blast. She picked the master suite, which was huge with a big beautiful bathroom. The location was perfect about 15 minutes from downtown. The home was beautiful and warm, much bigger than I anticipated. I can’t believe that this is a four bedroom and 3 bathroom home. It was decorated beautifully and was modern. I am home I would want to live inJames and Caroline were awesome hosts.

Truly enjoyed our stay here. The house is sneaky big with plenty of room for the 4 people I hosted. The place was spotless with plenty of off street parking and getting downtown was easy.

We had 4 adult couples stay for a long weekend visiting Nashville. With 8 of us, we had plenty of room and enjoyed the open concept living room/dining room as we were all able to hangout together without issue

Great location for the things we wanted to do. Easy check in and check out. The driveway was challenging to navigate with three vehicles but we made it work. Overall house was very clean with the exception of the towel cabinet in the back bathroom. Lots of lint on shelves that should have been cleaned. Would have been nice to have a couple of extra towels. Would recommend staying here
