We loved the house. We had a Tampa Soccer Cup and it was very conveniently located located. Excellent layout for a family/friends. The house has everything you need for a stay. Definitely looking forward to stay here again. Super clean. Excellent Stay.

Our stay at Rockin' home near Hard Rock, Fairgrounds was wonderful. The house was super clean. We were in Florida for gymnastics event at the Fairgrounds so the location was perfect. The place was cute, the beds were comfortable and I had good night’s sleep.

Clean, nicely updated and well stocked.

Positively, this place is very spacious and great for the proximity to the fairgrounds. The AC is easily adjustable and the backyard is cute. The kitchen is large. On the other side, the beds and pillows are extremely uncomfortable, and there are exterior lights that stay on that shine into the bedrooms at night. I barely slept. The host did not answer me when I reached out multiple times, before and the day of check in. Unfortunately there are ducks that hangout in the driveway and leave their feces everywhere because the neighbor feeds them. Okay for a short stay but not as I expected.

The property is located in a sketchy area. However, I never felt unsafe even when walking my dog. I was a little disappointed that there were no gates at the driveway of the fenced in yard so that I could let my dog run free, which is a big reason why I booked this house to begin with. I ended up staying 47 days, and that's a pretty good amount of time, whereas there was no dresser available to put clothing in, it was a little bit cumbersome to have to pile everything on the only dusk that was in the main bedroom.I did end up buying a few things that I needed for my stay. And I did leave them with the homeowner so that the next people after me will have it a little bit more easy.Although I do like the security of the cameras that were on the property, I always got the feeling that I was being watched and the few friends that I had come over while I was there gave the impression of being intruded upon.In the reviews that I read from previous visitors to this location. They only sli mentioned something about ducks. But what I came to find out was that there are approximately 20 wild ducks that roam the neighborhood and come up-and-down the driveway, leaving their excrement for unsuspecting visitors to step in, which is quite undesirable, I think more emphasis needs to be put out to the people that are staying any length of time, not to feed the ducks at all. The communication with Marir was awesome and she did try and accommodate my dog.

Maria communicated with me before the stay. House was nice and clean. It was our 2nd time staying there. Price was very reasonable. The only complaint I heard from the our guest is the the pillows on the beds were too hard. Need softer pillows.

The house was clean, updated, and very comfortable. The kitchen wasn’t fully stocked with all the utensils needed. The location was conveniently located near the fair grounds, the Hard Rock, and Busch Gardens.

The host and the home were very accommodating. It’s very close to the Tampa hard rock hotel, and the Fairgrounds. Although the neighborhood was not the best, we felt safe.

Clean. Some saybit may not be in the beat neighborhood. There was absolutely no problems. People were friendly and we felt 100% safe. I would stay again. Down side one shower but we had no issues with hot water with the 5 of us. My granddaughter enjoyed the ducks that liked to hang out on the properry.

What a cute property and talk about location. It is so close to everything. We travelled there for my daughter's graduation. Excellent property. Very clean and central. Stayed to visit my boyfriend for the week and it was the best stay I could have asked for! Numerous appliances and dishes for cooking and washing machines for laundry at the end of the trip! It was the perfect little stay and I appreciate the hosts for letting us stay!

We were in town for a concert at the amphitheater. The location was PERFECT! Easy in and out. The house was spacious and clean with awesome touches to music. Highly recommend.

We were in town for an event going on at the convention center and the house was only 20 minutes away. It was way more cost effective than staying in a hotel, and the neighborhood was nice and quiet.

My friends and I chose this place because it was so close to the amphitheater where we were seeing a concert. The house was adorable, clean, and each room is decorated with music memorabilia! We totally will stay here again!

This house was perfect for our trip. My adult son and I and one of his friends were in town for concerts and the theme of this house really put us in the right mindset. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was clean and sizable, the extra half bath was helpful. If you are looking for a fun house, with a musical theme, close to highways and quiet, this is a good choice. The owner was very accommodating and quite responsive. The neighborhood ducks were a nice touch.

Property manager was awesome. The house was nice and clean. It was perfect for the gathering after my daughter’s graduation.

This was such an incredible find! The house is so well decorated with a music theme throughout and just an awesome vibe overall. I feel the pictures don’t do it justice. The beds were super comfy and all amenities provided were nice. Maria was super communicative throughout the entire time from when we booked to check-in. We didn’t face any issues at all. Such a short drive to the Amphitheater if you’re going to see a show there…and a close drive to clubs and bars if you are looking for an after party. I will definitely rent this amazing house again if we are in the area for another show. Oh, and the welcome binder is a nice touch and great tips on places to go and eat at as well. 5 stars! Thank you!!!

We were very pleased with our stay and it was extremely clean and we loved seeing the ducks in the neighborhood and also found it was close enough to all the things we were going to do. The Host (Maria) very kind and helpful and stayed in contact with us through out our stay. I would definitely stay again for sure!

This small 3brm was perfect for a weekend get away with my husband and mother in law. We also brought our dog and it was absolutely perfect with how close everything was to this property. Thank you so much

We stayed the night before our cruise! The location provided easy access to our reserved parking. There were 6 adults and plenty of comfy space to sleep. Due to the rainy gloomy weather we were stuck inside. Would rather have been able to sit outside under the carport or backyard. Maybe next time!

Only stayed for one night, was overall pretty good, there were a couple small things that prove to be slightly inconvenient. Nothing super big though, overall a great time!

We stayed here before our cruise out of Tampa. It was perfect and was a short Uber ride to port. Maria was extremely friendly and easy to work with. Cute little home that was perfect size for the 6 of us.

The house is extremely well kept and clean. The little amenities like shampoo, conditioner and body wash in shower and coffee creamers, etc. add an extra welcoming touch. The neighbors were friendly as we walked our dog.

The House was really nice I really enjoyed my stay there at the house. It was just the location of where the house was at was kind of sketchy and the animals the roaming cats and the ducks kept my dog barking, making us think someone was in the carport, I think if the house was in a better location, it would be great, but overall I enjoyed my stay and if people can get over the neighborhood they would enjoy their stay too. PS it could be just me, but I’m not used to seeing no grass all wheat and no sidewalks.

Place was very clean and great for our short family stay. Owners were flexible and worked with us regarding early arrival time.

Came up to Tampa for a car show. The home was perfect the hosts were amazing. It was cold that weekend and asked if they had a fire pit, they came out immediately and let us use the pit. We had an amazing time. Will definitely book again

You can tell they really care. We left a property that was three times the cost and we were so disappointed in the stay at the expensive property. Save your money and stay here!

Smaller, but clean location

The location is ideally suited for close proximity to the Hard Rock Fair Grounds. There were 3 good size bedrooms with two of the bedrooms spacious enough for an additional cot The house was comfortably decorated in a music theme with vinyl record decor prevalent in the decor and a comfortable kitchen/eating area. The neighborhood was set back with what appeared to be a redneck flair and the homes were somewhat dated but seemed to be a rather quiet neighborhood. We were there to visit family in the Tampa area and wouldn’t hesitate to go back again

Great experience. The neighborhood is not a beach front property and is a working class neighborhood in the midst of post hurricane clean up. While we were aware- we were more than pleased with our stay. Check in was easy. lace was clean and rock and roll themed. Maria was SUPER responsive to our concerns so much so we would stay again!

It's a good little spot. I only wish there were more parking because we rolled in with multiple vehicles. The place was clean and well taken care of our needs were met while we were there.

Absolutely loved this house. We only booked one night and are looking forward to coming back in the future for longer stays. The host was accommodating and amazing. And the house was clean, had plenty of games for kids and adults along with a karaoke microphone we wish we had time to use. It was super close to the amphitheater which was amazingly convenient.

My husband, some friends, and I stayed here for a concert at the mid Florida credit Union amphitheater. It could not have been more perfect. The beds were comfortable. The house was clean. It was private and the locality to the event was perfect. Took three minutes to get to the side gate. We would definitely stay here again.
