Rockaway Beach Vacation Rental: Walk to Ocean

Family Friendly rental, walking distance to the main strip and beach.

We LOVE this house this is our second time staying here. It is very spacious and a quick walk to anything you may want/need. Very clean. My only ask would be to have the deck cleaned and or vacuumed to get rid of the cob webs/spiders. Other than that it is perfect!

We (a group of 8 adults) loved the house and the location. It had a lot of unexpected amenities (firewood, musical instruments, lots of blankets). I don't know if I misread the description, but I know it said the house sleeps 10. When I read the check-in book, it indicated that it comfortably sleeps 6 adults, maximum 8, and the rest of the beds are for kids. Just be aware that the bedroom in the basement sleeps up to 4, but it's kind of a triple bunk bed situation with one larger mattress. The one recommendation I would make to the host is to switch to a mesh WiFi router. The signal was pretty spotty in the basement.

The house was beautiful! Lots of room for all of us and the downstairs family/kids room was perfect for the little ones in our group. Very clean upon arrival. We enjoyed our stay!

We loved staying here. The home was clean with a lot of room. The home is in a quiet location . It was an easy walk to the beach. We enjoyed using the fire pit at night too. Definitely would stay here again.

Rockaway was mid distance to everything we wanted to do. Our Rockaway VRBO was perfect for relaxing and enjoying each other. The home was well stocked with all necessities. Would highly recommend.

Very clean and spacious house for our family gathering. Fun for the kids. Short walk right down into the middle of town and the beach. Guest contact was excellent and responsive.

I can't say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay at Rockaway Beach. The house was both charming and spacious. There is plenty of room for everyone to be able to have their own space if wanted, while also having cozy living areas that brings everyone together for movies, games, and eating. Being just a short walk from shops and the beach was ideal. We parked our car and didn't use it the entire weekend. The home is clean and well-kept and had additional seaside charm that made it special. I appreciated having a fully functioning kitchen stocked with everything needed to cook meals if we wanted to. A bonus was having a second living room downstairs for tv watching and games. We will definitely be staying here again!
