• Please abide by pool rules as posted if applicable to include but not limited to: No glass containers at the pool area; no large floats or rafts. Please use the pool at your own risk.
• The use of roller skates, roller blades, in-line skates, and skateboards is strictly prohibited in the building walkways, sidewalks, parking ramps and garage.
• Keep balconies and walkways clear. No towels, clothing, umbrellas or other items are to be hung from railings or balconies.
• Barbecuing or grilling on balconies is allowed with an electric grill ONLY.
• Do not feed seagulls from the property.
• Park in assigned space for your unit. All vehicles must have parking permits displayed. Vehicles without a parking permit displayed are subject to towing at renters expense.
• Please be considerate of your neighbors and keep noise to a minimum during the hours of 11pm -8am. This is a private condominium or home and there are year round occupants that live in the building. While you are on vacation, they may not be.
• All trash is to be bagged and placed in garbage chute or proper containers.
• Cars must be pulled into the parking space as normal. No backing into parking spaces.

    This place was perfect. Easy to get in and out in terms of access and parking. 100% would consider staying here again. Very quaint. perfect for the price. Just what we needed/ wanted for a quick 2 night stay at the beach.

    The place is cute and well-located and the team was kind and helpful, but… there is no soundproofing between the units. You will hear everything your neighbors say and (unfortunately) DO! I had the misfortune of having an obnoxious man next door. Though the property management is certainly not responsible for his aggressive and disrespectful behavior, I think the sound situation should be addressed and language about respecting your neighbors should be posted in the units. The owner did give me a partial refund which was very kind. (I was too scared to stay another night). If you rent the entire place, you will enjoy it, but if you only rent one of the units, I hope you have better luck than me with your neighbors.

    Very clean, but also very small. Fridge could be bigger. It's hard to keep both drinks and food cold. We had to borrow a cooler for ice etc. It's perfect for 2 people. The location is why we booked it. The ocean is just steps away and fabulous. Walking distance to Johns Pass and an ice cream shop. Lots to do and see. We had a great time!

    We had a great time staying in this little cottage. It was clean and perfect for our stay. You can hear neighbors in the adjacent cottage but we weren't there for long periods of time. The fridge/freezer is small but we just planned on going to the store a couple times. The smoke alarm went off while making toast. Moved the toaster to the screen porch to resolve. Bed was nice. The couch wasn't very comfortable but again we weren't there most of the time. I would stay here again if we're back in the area. Overall 5 rating. The small things I mentioned are typical of anywhere you stay.

    The location was perfect. The bed was very uncomfortable. The futon couch was horrible. It was so small there was no place to put anything anywhere. Other than the location, the cleanliness and the person we were in contact with everything else wasn't worth it. Will not stay again.

    We loved the property and had a great time. A few suggestions - somewhere to rinse the sand off outside, hooks outside to hang wet items when coming back from the beach. The plastic piece that covered the water well on the coffee pot was broken but we managed to use it. There were only 4 bath towels for the two of use to use during our week there, more towels would have been nice. I was able to get more from the staff cleaning the property next door. The tree was overgrown on the property and made it hard to navigate the path with our luggage.
