Really great place - hope to return. Very spacious, easy to find, easy parking. We loved the patio and cave bonus too. Tons of great shopping and restaurants in walking distance.

This was a fantastic place to stay! Great location for downtown activities but surprisingly quiet and peaceful in the home. The outdoor patio was outstandingly quiet and private. Parking is across the street and, with the help of a cone, always available. Highly recommend!

The property was fantastic! Very spacious and comfortable. Communication was great too. It's also in a superb location in the heart of down town Eureka Springs, making walking around and exploring very easy. You'll love this place!

This home was beautiful and so clean! The Location was fabulous for the parade. The back patio was so peaceful. Absolutely recommend!

This was such a cool property. We loved it. The only thing I would say would be to provide complimentary coffee like you can get at a hotel.

Everything was incredibly easy, the property was in immaculate condition, and the location was perfect! They were also able to help me with some extras that made my wife's birthday even more special. Highly recommend!

The place was spacious and clean, the bed was very comfortable. Location was perfect; walking distance to shops and restaurants yet tucked away and quiet. We would definitely stay there again!

Perfect location - walking distance to lots of shopping, dining, and sight-seeing. Very unique place to stay having your own personal cave! Everything you need is on site. It is beautiful inside and out!

Room was great!Only issue was parking. Despite a designated spot, we were unable to park due to others parking over the line. It would be helpful if all rockhouse spots were together. This was our second time staying here, and both times we had parking issues.

Very nice and convenient to every thing

The room is clean and very nicely furnished, the kitchenette has what we needed for having a light snack and cocktails. The cave right beyond the patio made it the most unique places we've stayed in. It's also right in the center of Eureka Springs making it a convenient to restaurants and shopping.Check in and out was easy the host responded to questions in a timely manner.If you have a lot of luggage the parking spot is a bit of a walk from the room.

It was so cozy! Bed was comfortable! The place was perfectly located and the parking was awesome as well! It was a lot bigger than we thought! We will def stay again!

Very neat property right in the middle of downtown. Check in instructions were very detailed and made everything really easy. Host did great having surprise birthday cake for my son in room when we arrived. We would stay here again!

Amazing location and property. Beautiful private porch and really comfortable living area. Highly recommend to anyone wanting to be close to most everything yet feel you are tucked away in your own private area!

Love the Rock House properties!

Eureka Springs is a great place to get away and we loved our stay at the Rock House Suites cave unit. We were provided a reserved parking space (prime real estate in the historic district) and were within walking distance of most of the shopping and restaurants in the historic downtown area. The rental itself was spotlessly clean and provided tons of natural light through the gorgeous sunlights. So, if you want to sleep while keeping the sunlight out, this isn’t the place for you. The private courtyard was our favorite morning coffee place and hearing the water trickle off the bluff behind the courtyard while being able to watch animals run across the ridge was perfect. Like many places in ES, be prepared to use the stairs to get into the unit. However, it’s totally worth every step to the door for a unique, perfect stay in ES. The host was excellent. At one point, we had a stranger occupy the reserved parking spot (make sure you put out the orange cone to keep this from happening). Our host called guests in other units and others to determine who drove the car. Eventually she helped us get back into the parking spot. They had a backup spot we were able to use in the meantime. Great experience all around!

Nice place and roomy

Wonderful relaxing stay. Beautiful room and patio. Loved the sound of the waterfall and cave on the patio. Great location. Bed was very comfortable and room/bathroom very large. Plenty of amenities. Would stay here again.

The property was unique, historic and beautiful. We had the outside patio to ourselves. I surprised my husband for our 25th wedding anniversary and he was very impressed. The cave was cool and we loved its history provided on the historic marker. The location is in downtown Eureka Springs just a short stroll from Basin Spring Park.

We enjoyed our stay at the Rock House Cave Suite C. Unfortunately we did not get to enjoy the patio because it rained all weekend. The location was ideal-we could just walk to the shops and restaurants in downtown Eureka Springs. There were even treats for us when we arrived! Heads up-the reserved parking is across the street but we had no issues with anyone taking our spot. And it was nice to have a reserved spot. We will definitely stay there again in the future- hopefully when the weather is pleasant. -Maggie B

My husband and I stayed here for our anniversary. The property and location were perfect. Property was clean and check in was a breeze. Will definitely stay again.

Have a wonderful stay at this great, unique property! Wonderful location and still private and quiet. As described, great instructions to get in, find the parking, and good recommendations for our visit. Highly recommended if you don't mind parking across the street and can manage the stairs. Really enjoyed walking around Eureka Springs, the local restaurants, and activities.

We’ve been to Eureka several times, stayed in many different places. This one is above and beyond, the best we’ve stayed in. It’s right in the middle of all the action on Main, but you’d never know it inside - it’s so quiet. The place is immaculately clean, all the amenities you need, and the most comfortable beds/linens. The patio is amazing, very private. And the cave is super cool. Husband has informed me that this is the only place he’s staying for future trips to Eureka. Thank you for making our trip memorable!

This place was amazing. We had the best time. The patio is surreal, and the private cave access was really nice. Property manager was great too. Took care of every request. Will come back for sure.

We stayed during a particularly stormy weekend and we couldn't have picked a better place to stay. Thanks to it being within walking distance of everything, we could make short trips while it was less rainy out. It made the downtown area much more enjoyable. The sound of the rain on the roof was very relaxing too, some of the best sleep I've had in ages.

It was very spacious and was centrally located. Opportunity for Improvement:There were a variety of snacks available, but some were expired by a few months. There was also a large trash can that had not been empty prior to our arrival. The light switch that controlled the light/fan above the bed did not work, but you can still manually turn the fan off/on and there was another lightbulb that seemed to be out. Per the check out request, I did leave a note with these issues before we left.That being said, the host was very prompt with their response during the booking process, answering all my questions. Overall the condo was very clean. The cave was great to explore. It's located towards the end of Spring Street, making it very convenient to ride the trolly to the top then walk down through the shops and end at the condo. We will definitely stay again!

This was the perfect place to stay! Close walking distance to everything and enough privacy to really relax. We loved the views and porch and the coffee was wonderful! Definitely want to come back again at some point!!

Wonderfully located in the heart of all the action. Yet you wouldn't know it once you are tucked away in this spacious and mondern suite.

First off, there is a loading zone that you can park your car at long enough to take your suitcases upstairs. We met the owner Mike, who was very kind, accommodating, and helpful. The check in instructions were easy to follow and we had no problems getting into, the suite. The suite was perfectly for two and the suite seemed bigger than what the online photos depicted. The suite had everything that you would want plenty of room and had been nicely remodeled. It had a large outdoor patio, which was very nice and his own very special rock house cave. Within walking distance, there were many restaurants many stores and we had our own designated parking spot, just a short walk in distance, which is very nice since parking downtown is at a premium. Our days were filled with, the passion play and the dinner train, which was very nice. We had a great time and would highly recommend this location for a stay in Eureka Springs historical downtown.

Enjoyed the ease of getting to things. Nice to have a designated parking space, but had some difficulty with other cars parking over the line preventing us from using our designated space.

Large, clean, spacious unit with big outdoor patio. Bathroom is functional and updated (except for the peeling wallpaper). Up two flights of stairs but a great location right on the main drag. Unfortunately we had an accident and had to cut our visit short. Fatima was very accommodating. Would definitely recommend this property.
