Rock Beach: 3 BR, 2 BA Townhouse in Carnelian Bay, Sleeps 8

Cozy and clean, as described and pictured. We were 2 families, total of 8 and enjoyed our weekend stay. Location is very convenient. Host was very communicative. Kitchen appliances could use some updating/repair and offer more supplies like food storage and a big knife.

The bathrooms and kitchen were a little outdated. The fridge had a leak which a pan was put under it but it wasn’t back far enough so there was water leaking down into the fridge. Not a huge deal but a minor inconvenience that could be fixed. We would stay again if it was available. Beds were comfortable and location is great.

This unit was in nice shape except the window shades. Suggest Drapes instead of the shades, esp in the downstairs bedroom where the window needs to be open but the exterior lights shine in at night. The repair to the internet cable where the squirrel ate it was very smooth, thank you. All appliances and heat worked well. The clubhouse with games, ping pong, air hockey, pool etc. was a great hit with the kids and the whole family. I really appreciate having First Accommodations being right on top of any questions we had. Beach is nice and close as it good breakfast place and coffee if you don't want to cook.

Also nice to have access to a pool--after a day at a Tahoe beach the kids still want to swim in the pool!

Reviewer Comments: Our rental experience has been consistent, year over year.The units are clean and ready upon arrival.From time to time, we have experienced something that stops working (fridge, W&D, etc), but the Property Manager has always been very responsive to address during our stay.Would we come back for another stay?Well, yes! In fact this is year 49 of return visits to the same property!😁

The condo was perfect for our party of 6. very clean when we arrived, beds and sheets super comfortable and the kitchen was perfect for what we needed. The new bbq on the deck was great and we loved having the washer and dryer in the unit. The location was great to go to the different ski areas, and we enjoyed the short walk to the lake with amazing views. The hot tub after a long day of skiing was very nice. One of the best condos we have stayed in in Tahoe. We will be back.

Ants downstairs, matress could be better, frypans need replaced, door coverings need repaired or replaced, orherwise fantastic location, great pool

Our family (7) really enjoyed our stay, place was clean , everything worked, kitchen was well equipped. Close to our family. Close to kings beach, shopping and fun! Really enjoyed the soft blankets and bedding.
