Robyn's Nest -- Lovely Lakefront Property with Expansive View

There is so much space for a family to enjoy everything from paddle boating or kayaking to the firepit to game nights indoors! The kitchen has every dish or utensil that you might need and well-organized. Check in and out are so simple-we will be return renters.

We enjoyed fishing, kayaking, and relaxing by the lake. The upper deck provided plenty of space for our family of 6. The host is very responsive though we really didn’t need anything during our stay.

Our two-week stay at Robyn's Nest was wonderful. Admittedly, the weather could have been better, but the home was perfect for outdoor & indoor activities.Indoor was spacious, clean, comfortable and felt like home. There were plenty of games provided, to keep us busy. The kitchen was well appointed & many meals were prepared, there.Outdoor provided everything a lake vacation could want. From a paddle board, to kayak's & a paddle boat...to life vests of every size, any float you could wish for...to a beach/swim area with beach toys, provided & a fire pit, with seating for everyone. The deck/patio areas were massive & had plenty of space for meals, lounging, or simply rocking like Ma & Pa Kettle.Joe & Donna were wonderful hosts. Very responsive, friendly & helpful.I just don't think we could have picked a better place to celebrate our son's completion of his US Army obligation.Thank you, Joe & Donna, for providing a home-away-from-home for a wonderful family vacation.

The house was just what we needed. Well stocked kitchen, SO much outdoor space. Loved having kayaks, PFDs, and even a paddle boat. The nice stretch of beach was perfect for our grandson. The hosts were incredibly attentive and helpful when we lost power and even when we left a few things behind!

Great location! The house was well stocked with pots, pans, and spices. It was very clean and spacious. You have your own private beach and dock so we were able to keep our boat there. They also have plenty of kayaks and life jackets. Great location just across from the launch ramp if you bring your own boat and close to town to run to the grocery store.

This house was the perfect setting for our multi generational family vacation! The interior was very clean and comfortable, with enough sleeping and entertaining room for our large group. The bedrooms and entertaining spaces are perfectly arranged for differing sleep schedules. The beach created the ideal playing space for our young kiddos, who wanted to play in the sand and wade into the water. The water toys at the house provided endless fun for all ages! We spent hours floating around, riding on small boats, teaching our kids to ‘surf,’ and jumping off the dock. The many deck seating options and fire pit afforded plenty of relaxing spaces for enjoying the stunning view of the lake. The hosts were so kind and responsive to all our questions and needs from our questions prior to booking, leading up to our arrival, and throughout our stay. We truly had an idyllic week in this lovely lake home!!

Location was just a few minutes from restaurants, gas and groceries. Sunsets were beautiful. Property was clean and comfortable.

A very nice property and location provided a quiet place to do nothing. The house is well equipped for cookouts and eating in. We would certainly go back again.

The property was very well stocked and maintained. Everything was clean. There were easy to follow directions for all amenities. Our group enjoyed the quiet cove swimming, the water floats, the kayaks and the waterboard. The owners even left a little surprise gift of makings for smores. The firepit was a delight and easy to use with lots of dry wood.All bedrooms and baths were well kept and stocked. Would highly recommend.

This property is super nice and just as described! Everything inside was clean and comfortable. The outdoor area is inviting with several sets of patio furniture, including rocking chairs to view the lake from! The communication from the property manager was great. 10/10!!!! Will stay here again.

My family and I celebrated Thanksgiving at the Robyn’s Nest! The kitchen is well equipped with pots, pans, cookie sheets, and casserole dishes as well as basic essentials. We enjoyed the large dining table and the big comfy couch! It was a great stay!

Robyn's Nest was the perfect spot for our weekend in Mooresville with friends while our daughter was at a dance convention at a nearby dance studio. The house had everything we needed for indoor and outdoor fun. Our kids spent hours on the kayaks and we had perfect weather for a fire in the evening. This house has SO MANY beautiful outdoor spaces, we could hardly choose which location was best to drink our morning coffee and enjoy the expansive lake views.

This is one if the best properties I’ve rented. There are lots of thoughtful details that the hosts provide that really make a difference - good firewood for outdoor fire pit, clear signage and instructions inside the home, blackout curtains for bedrooms, night lights and charging stands, etc. The home is beautiful and well furnished. It was also very clean. It was too cold to swim but we enjoyed the lake views, fishing off the dock and sitting by the fire pit.10/10 would rent again!

Lovely tranquil comforting

Our family stayed at Robyn's Nest for our daughter's soccer tournament weekend. The house was in a perfect location and is a very relaxing place to come back to and enjoy. Our older dog was welcome and he enjoyed his time as well. Beautiful views and very clean. The house had everything you would need. Hosts are wonderful. We look forward to returning for a longer stay in the future!

We had a fantastic long weekend stay at this wonderful house. Great location - close enough to everything you would want or need, but peaceful enough to feel like you are away from it all. The house is well stocked, furniture is great and we appreciated all of the outside seating options. The hosts were amazing as well!

Our family had a wonderful time at Robyn's Nest. We were long overdue for a relaxing getaway and this location did not disappoint. Since the dock is covered we could fish rain or shine. We really only left to house to get food and bait. Everything else we needed was at the house. We loved kayaking, boating and watching the beautiful sunsets. Our granddaughter really enjoyed the little beach and swing. There is plenty of outside space for eating outside or just relaxing. Any questions we had were promptly answered. We hope we have the opportunity to come back!

This is a perfect vacation home for a boating family with children. The home is located on the east side of the lake, just a short drive into Mooresville. There's a public dock about 3 minutes away so you can launch your boat and go around one point and be at the house's dock. The home is located on a cove so it is safe for children to swim all day long with no fear of jet skis or boats coming through. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Our family enjoyed a week at Robyn's Nest. We used the outside back lower deck all day. There was space for a toddler pool & a toddler swing was provided, which was really great. The 4 bedrooms were good sizes and 3 faced the lake. The AC kept us very comfortable & the hosts provided everything we needed.

Beautiful, calm cove created a perfect location for our family gathering. Our host was welcoming and always available for questions. The house met all of our needs and the decks were spectacular for sunset watching.

This property was so perfect with an adorable beach and great dock! The location was so convenient to restaurants on the water and to any emergency shopping you may need. The inside was so clean and comfortable with any amenity you may need. The hosts have thought of everything inside and out and this was a perfect lake vacation!
