Ground Level: This floor of the home has a den with a TV, DVD-player, hall bathroom, and patio access. Bedroom #1 has a queen bed and a private shower-only bathroom. Bedroom #2 has two twins and access to a shared bathroom. Bedroom #3 has a king bed and access to a shared bathroom.

LevelOne: The living room on this level of the home has a TV and deck access. The kitchen and dining areas can also be found on this level. Bedroom #4 has a queen bed and access to a shared bathroom. Bedroom #5 has two twins and access to a shared bathroom.

Level Two: Bedroom #6 has two twin beds, two queen beds, a full bathroom, and a half bathroom.

The fully-equipped kitchen has everything you will need to keep your whole party fed, including an oven, two refrigerators, a microwave, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a toaster oven, and a blender, which makes it easy to make a nice cold smoothie to sip on while you sit on the sand!

Amenities: This home is fully-equipped with high-speed wireless internet for your convenience. There are three flat-panel TVs, all with basic cable, and one DVD player so you can watch your favorite movie while away at the beach! There is also a Roku in the living room and a Fire Stick in the attic for your streaming needs. Enjoy sipping on your morning coffee from the deck while you watch the waves (and sometimes the dolphins) go by from this oceanfront paradise! A night of cooking out is easily attainable with the provided charcoal grill and picnic table! Rinse off in the enclosed hot/cold outdoor shower after a day of sand and sea. There is also an in-unit washer and dryer to easily wash all of your towels and clothes so they're ready for another day at the shore!

Up to 2 Dogs Allowed with All-Inclusive Pet Policy for Weekly and Nightly stays - No fee! It is the responsibility of pet owners to ensure that they clean up after their pets (i.e., picking up waste from property grounds). Should the guest fail to do so, an additional fee of $100 will be charged to the credit card on file.

Rents Weekly Sunday - Sunday. Rents Nightly with a 3 night minimum in advance during Off Season, last minute during In Season.

(1) Guests must pay in full when booking through VRBO. The card provided at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Company’s Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are strictly prohibited unless approved by management.
