    Everything was clean and there was everything needed. Very responsive to a couple of questions that I had. Great location and the neighborhood was clean and felt safe. Close to beaches and food. I would stay there again.

    The house was clean and the linens were fresh. No heat in the bedrooms. And the bathtub didn’t drain requiring a plumber which the host took care of while we were there. House is older but furniture is new. Neighborhood is quiet and safe. Beds are comfortable. Couch is clean. Kitchen has everything. Parking is odd but works.

    The house was very clean and had all the amenities needed. The location was close to everything, the beach, balboa park, and our family. Plenty of room to entertain friends and family. The front patio was a plus. Having a place to park the car was invaluable. Highly recommend.

    Convenient location across from the bay with short walk or drive to the beach, Sea World and Bellmont Park. Very clean and comfortable accommodations. Excellent communication with property manager. Five Star Stay and Service! Will recommend!
