Stayed Sep 12, 2025We all enjoyed the comfortable “digs” and Tricia’s attention to detail. Especially nice to have coffee available. Saved us a trip to the store on our arrival. Very quiet and peaceful surroundings. Would definitely stay again if we travel in northern Michigan.

Stayed Jul 11, 2024We rented the apartment for a week and just loved our stay! Rivershire has a beautiful setting on the river and we especially enjoyed relaxing by the river, feeling the flowing waters wash our stresses away. We also had a great time kayaking the river. The apartment is super comfortable and has everything you need for a pleasant stay. There is some road noise off and on during the day but it quiets down during the evening and we got used to it after the first day. Tricia is an awesome host and has a deep love and reverence for Rivershire. We really enjoyed getting to know her a bit. She respects guests’ privacy but is available if you need something or just want to chat. We look forward to staying at Rivershire again!

Stayed Jun 26, 2024Rivershire is an awesome place! It's a peaceful place, but close to everything! The cottage is so clean! We hosted a small family dinner (8). BBQ worked great. There was plenty of everything in the kitchen. Tricia was a great host. Great stay. Thank you!
