Stayed May 14, 2026We had a great time at this property. It was just what we needed. The only thing we would have changed was having stairs onto the pad getting out of the water. A wonderful stay. Great host and responsive.

Stayed Mar 29, 2026The house was clean and ready for our stay. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. They even had a hair dryer and curling iron in the bathroom. There were family games and tubes for us to use in the River. We enjoyed our stay!

Stayed Dec 26, 2025The cottage was cute, but the front porch and back patio needs serious cleaning, the windows/screens filled with cobwebs, and the coffee maker had old coffee in the carafe. But the inside was clean and we enjoyed ourselves.

Stayed Aug 29, 2025Great spot on the river! We would be relaxing in our floats in the water and floaters would pass by saying they wished they had the house. Rooms are bathroom were spacious and clean. Would definitely stay again.

Stayed Jun 30, 2025Enjoyed our stay! Everything was nice and in working order. The location was great and nice floating in front of house, nice to have the cement platform. Loved sitting on deck in the morning listening to all of the birds, so peaceful. We will or would stay here again.

Stayed Nov 27, 2024It was a great place for us to spend Thanksgiving with family. The river, trees and deck were wonderful - we really enjoyed being outside. The large kitchen table was perfect for eating meals and playing Mexican Train! We look forward to returning.

Stayed Sep 27, 2024I booked this property with some friends and the house was just as described in the listing. The neighborhood is peaceful and we had the river to ourselves all weekend. It was quite nice that they had some tubes available for us to use. The house itself is quaint and had all the things necessary to cook, but the oven was not working and there is no dishwasher. I would recommend this place for a small group that is looking to unwind and enjoy nature.
