Stayed Jan 1, 2026We have stayed in the area of Edgewater and N.S.Bfor years, and have always had a great time This was no exception This property was just what we needed, clean, great neighborhood, close to everything and a really nice park on the inner coastal. Perhaps the most important was a wonderful host. Jake is a great Host, cares about his guests, his property and is true to his word. We thank you Jake for the perfect stay. We will be back

Stayed May 21, 2025In town for grandson’s graduation. House was very neat & clean. Also, very convenient to my sons home and the charter school my grandson graduated from. Will stay again.

Stayed Jan 11, 2025This was an awesome place to stay! The host was very responsive, it is in a great location and the house is very clean and spacious. Went with family for a fishing trip and had a blast. The kayaks were also a huge bonus as it’s so close to the lagoon. Would definitely stay here again!

Stayed Apr 2, 2024Me and my sisters booked this rental to come and spend some time with our grandma who is sick and lives in the area. There were several little “extra accommodations” throughout the VRBO that made our stay much easier - even just paper towels, toilet paper, etc. One less thing we had to worry about while we could focus our attention with our grandma. Jake was very attentive to our messages and even offered to find us another VRBO when we needed to extend our stay due to our grandmother’s condition worsening (they already had another guest coming in right after us or we would have extended our stay here). Overall GREAT experience!
