Welcome to our sparkling clean house at Pelican's Canal! This cozy retreat features two bedrooms and one bath, ensuring a comfortable stay. The first bedroom boasts a conventional queen bed with a new Sealy Certa mattress and a 65 TV for your entertainment. In the second bedroom, you'll find a modern low bed-frame with a super comfy Green Tea memory foam mattress and a 55 TV.

Stay connected with high-speed wifi provided by Spectrum Business, and enjoy the convenience of smart TVs in every room. The house is equipped with brand new LG black stainless appliances that work flawlessly.

Stay was absolutely amazing me and wife and 2 dogs went down for our anniversary we pulled the boat down there wouldn’t recommend anything over 18ft and we had an amazing time in mosquito lagoon especially having a dock

The house was very clean and comfortable. We were able to bring our boat and launched at Riverbeeze, which was just a few minutes away. Then, we were able to dock at the house until it was time to leave. The grill came in handy for hamburgers and steaks! Overall, we had a great stay!

If you have a boat and want a nice little fishing vacation on the intercostal this a great house for that , we have stayed here a few times now and is our go to house for a long fishing weekend.

This is my second stay in Edgewater at one of Ron and Marlo's properties and this one was even better! It was a great location, quiet, close to everything and the property was clean and well appointed. We loved having the canal in the back and the yard was the perfect size for the dog to have fun as well! I look forward to staying here again :)

Place was as advertised. Clean, newly remodeled and well decorated. The boat dock and boat house were great for storing and locking rods and equipment without having to haul them to the house. Big back deck and yard were perfect for hanging out on if it wasn’t too hot or raining. Only negative is the neighborhood which is pretty run down in sections. We were there to boat and fish and this place was perfect!

The listed rental is very nice, but be forewarned not every place in the neighborhood is nice. The area is very old Florida and some of the older trailers show it... It is what it is, enjoy the property listed and ignore some of the surrounding properties.

We really enjoyed the location of this property. Only about 1 mile from boat launch. Loved the fenced in yard for our dog. Great fishing ? and relaxation. We will definitely return for another stay.

Great house if you want to spend the day fishing on your boat , and not have to worry about putting it back on the trailer , just tie up at the dock
