Built in 1934, our Riverside Cottage blends historic charm with modern comfort. Throughout the home you’ll find small details that nod to its nearly century-old history, while updated spaces provide all the conveniences you need for a relaxing stay. Inside, enjoy a cozy living room, fully equipped kitchen, and inviting bedrooms designed for rest after a day of exploring. The main living area has a queen sleeper sofa and a twin-size sleeper ottoman
for additional sleeping accommodations.

Step outside to take in peaceful views of the Imperial River, unwind on the patio, or stroll across the bridge to downtown Bonita Springs with its shops, dining, and entertainment. Pet-friendly and family-ready, this home offers the perfect balance of history, nature, and convenience—all in a welcoming cottage atmosphere.

Guests have full access to the entire cottage, including the living room, kitchen, bedrooms, and bathrooms. Outside, enjoy the yard, patio seating, dock, and direct access to the Imperial River launching a kayak. Parking is available on-site.

*There is a second home on the property that is still in the remodeling phase and not accessible. There may be work going on during the time of your stay but we will try to avoid that if at all possible and will let you know when work is scheduled to be done there.
