This top-floor three-bedroom condo brings the beauty of the box canyon right into the residence with large windows and bright and airy living spaces.

This home is located on the third floor of the B building of the Riverside complex overlooking Town Park and the Beaver Pond. To enter, guests will climb one flight of exterior stairs from the parking lot level before reaching the main entrance.

Upon entering the home, guests will find allthree bedrooms on the main level while the living space is up a flight of stairs.

The great room and living space have amazing vaulted ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows that bring in plenty of light. The living room has a sectional sofa, flatscreen TV, DVD player, games, books and a gas fireplace. The space is accentuated by a wall of windows with sliding doors that lead to a private deck with stunning views of Ajax Peak, the Beaver Pond and the rest of the box canyon.

The living room is open to the dining room, which has a large table with seating for six and an additional three seats at the breakfast bar. The dining room flows seamlessly into the kitchen, which has granite counters, a microwave, kettle, coffeepot, blender, crockpot, toaster oven and all of the utensils needed to complete any meal. There is a corner desk off the kitchen, as well as a second entrance to the condo.

The three bedrooms are located down the flight of stairs on the entry-level of the home. The master bedroom is located at the end of the hall with amazing views of Ajax Peak! The room has a king bed, flatscreen TV and an ensuite bathroom. The bathroom has a large granite single vanity with a step-in shower with a glass enclosure. The second bedroom has a king bed and ensuite bathroom with a shower/tub combination. The third bedroom has two twin beds with access to a hallway bathroom. The third bathroom is located in the hallway and has a single vanity and a step-in shower with a glass surround.

Guests can enjoy wifi, a great location, and a ski locker located at the parking lot level.

The Riverside complex has two outdoor hot tubs with glass surrounds so you can enjoy the trees and views.

Downtown Telluride, the gondola and Lift #8 are all within two short blocks of Riverside. Town Park is a stone's throw to the east, and the Bear Creek trailhead is just off the parking lot.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
