Riverside Cabin 3 - (Brand New Construction)

I wanted to make sure that my two dogs were included in the reservation. I originally booked for two adults and two dogs. When I received an email confirmation it only showed two adults. It was difficult to find a number or email so I could make sure I had paid the appropriate fees for the pets. I finally found a phone number to call and spoke to someone with very broken English that was hard to understand but they did confirm that the pets were included in the reservation. There had been an email saying I could message the host But when I clicked on the link it only took me to a place that said there are no new messages but didn't have a way for me to leave a message. Our stay was excellent. Communication was not. Paper towels would be nice.

Great cabin; clean and cozy!

I messed up on my booking, should have booked one more day, but the person taking care of the property was very gracious and made it work, thank you so very much. I highly recommend this very nice place if you’re going to Grants Pass Oregon. Will definitely use this place again when we come back.

Cute cabin studio. Easy check in and out. Nice parking. One bed groaned when you got in it. Could have been a little cleaner around baseboards etc in bathroom. Washer dryer worked well and there were plenty of towels for a 3 night stay. Close to downtown so that was nice.n

Amazing! A full kitchen, washer and dryer, Queen beds, brand new construction, private parking, manicured lawn and vegetation, clean and comfortable, close to park and attractions, etc. We will stay there again. Less expensive than the big hotels and much more convenient.

Perfect little place to stay in Grants Pass especially if you have pets. Our little cabin had its own private little graveled back porch so we were able to just open the back door to let her go out and do her business without having to put her on a leash. The place was warm and comfortable. Very clean. We were very happy with our stay here.

The property was very clean and well maintained. The room was spacious and convertible. With full kitchen. Highly recommended.

I did not receive an email regarding instructions on how to check in. The door required a code to get in. If the cleaning team had not been there, we would not have known how to get in. There was a ring door bell, and maybe that’s how to receive instructions on how to get in, but it was unclear if we needed to do that. Also there were no instructions on check out procedure. There was definitely a failure on the communication part to this. Other than that, the place was amazing. Although, I will want to suggest including a cutting board to go with the set of knives you have in the kitchen. Also an extra set of linens and pillows for the futon would have been helpful. The kitchen also needs a few rags/towels and a dish rack or something to set the drying dishes on as well. If you add a set of broom and dustpan for those messier moments that would have been helpful too. Also I want to note to the owners that the set up of the bathroom sink may need a few modifications. Water damage may result near the drywall/baseboards against the sink because water almost always gets splashed onto the back of the faucet and overflows to the back sides of the countertop and onto the floor. You may want to find ways to prevent that otherwise you will end up with replacing the baseboards and drywall or worse end up with mold behind those. It’s a beautiful cabin, but I’d hate to see this place turn into shambles by the wrong tenants

Perfect

The place was advertised as being brand new construction, and it certainly looks it, everything was in perfect condition. The appliances look brand new, the heat and AC worked well, the beds were comfortable. We did not use the stove top, just the microwave, electric kettle, coffee machine and full-size refrigerator/freezer, it was very convenient to have a full kitchen. We are planning to book the place again for the return leg of our trip.

The home was extremely clean equipped with everything one would need. The grounds were georgios and the location can't be beat. Highly recommend.

The host was very available via email and text to answer any questions. The cabin is immaculately clean, great little courtyard, centrally located and very quiet. Even our dog having stayed before walked up to our door where we stayed the last time! Luckily, it was the same cabin - she was right at home.

The inviting courtyard provides a safe and beautiful entry to the home. It was very clean and had all the basic necessities. I would absolutely stay here again if I'm in the area.

We went to Grants Pass for a family get together and we all stayed at these cute cabins. These were perfect for all of us.

Property exceeded our expectations in comfort and condition. It’s located in downtown area but on a quiet street. Property is well managed and available.

Decided at the last minute to surprise my 96 year old mom and bring my daughter from Tx with me who hasn’t been able to see in for over 6 years. Close to town, where my mom lives and this is the second time we’ve used these cabins. Sure appreciate How easy and clean units are

Nice place and conveniently located to dining and other activities. I'd stay there again without a doubt. Cherry should supply paper towels and facial tissue as that would be a plus. The remote for the HVAC is best used when pointed at the AC unit on the wall. Nice courtyard and parking.

For the most part this was a nice place, newer and clean, but my wife ran out of hot water during her morning shower with nothing else running. Also, the coffee maker wouldnt close, and it was dirty, so i had to make a Starbucks run early in the am. Also, there was a cookie sheet left in the oven stained with some kind of drippings, yuck. Lastly, the location is in an older neighborhood, which gave us pause, but there were no incidents, and property is close to downtown and shopping, so we'd consider staying again.

This is our go to place when we visit grants pass! They have everything you need, a great check-in process and off street parking. Dogs are welcome with a small fee.
