Riverside Cabin 2 - (Brand New Construction)

Room was clean and fully stocked and was very quiet and comfortable. Had a nice big screen tv could of used a guide to what channels were available.Just a suggestion that should give tenant a little extra time for check out maid was coming in the door a few minutes past ten and I wasn’t dressed from getting out of the shower surprise lol

We love staying at this property. Especially if you have dogs. It’s great with the private back patio that you can open the door for them to do their business. The only complaint I had was I wish they had better pans to cook with.

Great location, place has everything you need to enjoy your stay. Would highly recommend and will definitely be staying here again. We left our hair dryer and they were super responsive and helpful making arrangements to get it back to us.

Loved this place! It was warm and inviting, the bed was comfortable and I loved having my own private outdoor pace. Location was great being walkable to coffee shops and restaurants. The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating when I needed help. I’ll definitely be coming here again.

Overall a great place to stay that we would choose again. We would have appreciated some paper towels and hand soap in the batjroom though. We were there for 5 nights and only given 1 hand towel, so we ended up buying paper towels. The check out instructions were just a plaque on the way saying to text a phone number, so we did the night before to start preparing the room for a quick departure in the AM, but turns out that tells the cleaning crew we are leaving and they ended up walking in before we had left....other than those minor things, the place was clean and all we needed. I would note that it says it sleeps 5 (4?) because of the futon but only had 2 chairs at a tiny dining table. Just a note for a larger party.

We stayed with our dog in U it 2. This little group of cabins is so cute and sparkling conditions. Highly recommend d unit 2 with small fenced area for dog. Sadly, the last group didn't scoop their poop but really convenient. Ate at Tap Rock and had a great smash burger

this property was what we needed for our time at Grants Pass We did discover that the futon had a deep wet spot, making it so we could not set on the right end about a fourth of the way from that end. Everything else was up to par for us. Thanks

This place was great for the two of us with our small dog. There was a fenced in area off the kitchen and a nice grassy area in front. The cottage was extremely clean . We would definitely stay here again on a road trip through Oregon.

What a fabulous little place! It's super clean, adorable, stocked with all the needed amenities, and in a great location. The fenced-back patio area was a huge plus for our pup, too. This felt more like a hotel experience than a VRBO rental (in the best way). We came for a work trip and will definitely be staying here again!

The property was clean and comfortable with everything we needed for our travels. We had hoped to walk to a place to eat dinner, but there were no good options within several blocks of the cabin.

Second time there, because it is a great place at a great price.

The location was great access wise. It was close to a bank so lots of traffic when we got there and the some of the occupants in the cars were questionable. We were worried it was going to be noisy but once inside it was very pleasant. Very clean and had just about everything you need. We were comfortable and will definately consider staying again should we be in the area. The price was great! Thank you!

The bed was extremely uncomfortable, and the futon wasn't great either.

Stayed here 3 times so far. Always clean and check in check out is simple. Close to everything we need and not far from family. Would like option to pick which unit we stay in.

Being from Grants Pass, I had always stayed with family during my visits, but my guy qnd I wanted a place to ourselves. And this was perfect! The size and price were just right for a 3 day getaway. Everything was pretty clean, and I never felt uncomfortable. For what I like to do in town, it was the perfect location! Will definitely stay again.

You can find everything you need inside. It is literally tiny apartment with all amenities.Perfectly clean and quiet.Next time we come to Grants Pass Oregon we will look no further.

Clean studios set up with a central courtyard. Perfect place for a large group to gather and also have some private space. Love the concept. Location is a bit sketchy with some homeless camps nearby but they are priced accordingly and the units are clean and comfortable. alec

My stay was good and what I have come to expect from this host and property. Only problem is the side street and extremely loud vehicles at all hours. You don't hear this from the other units I have stayed in there. Still, an over all good experience.

Lovely place. Nothing to complain about. We recommend a sign and verbiage when renting that each unit only gets one parking space. We had a loaded car and had to park on the street in the dark as someone arrived earlier with two cars. There are 6 total units and 6 parking spots.
