    Eli was a great host he kept me informed about checking and check out rules the communication was good .we enjoyed the house it was very clean and tasteful decor we felt right at home .

    Nice property. Clean. Well kept neighborhood. Pet friendly and fenced yard was nice. If you are they type to sleep in as we are beware that grounds crew starts working early. We have men cutting grass before 8 am. Overall good experience.

    Everything about the stay was perfect! The property is beyond the description for cleanliness and convenience. For families visiting for Parris Island graduation, there isn't much closer! There is plenty to do within a short drive or Uber. Communication was excellent and the guide included everything you nees to know about the property and surrounding area. The neighborhood restaurant, Marker 244, was a convenient and great place to walk to for a meal, or just to relax on the deck overlooking the marina and water.

    This property was very clean and in a nice neighborhood! It was close to Bay street stores and restaurants, as well as Port Royal ones (highly recommend Fishcamp on 11th Street!). We were able to walk the dogs around the neighborhood, go out on the marina, and grill & roast smores in the backyard. Having the SC State park pass was also helpful! We visited Sands beach (10 minutes away) with the dogs one day and Hunting beach (25 minutes away) another day.
